Prices are for the property per week in euros.
10% discount for rentals of 21 days and over. Euro 45 extra per week for baby cot or folding bed for 5th person. A deposit of Eur 400 will have to be paid on arrival at the apartment against damage of furniture.
Changeover day
Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am.

Outside
The apartment has a large patio/terrace (4m x 6m) with an enclosed area for drying clothes. There are also two plastic lounge beds for sunbathing. The sitting room also has access to a sheltered balcony overlooking the bay having a round table and 4 chairs.
There is direct access to an open air swimming pool in an adjacent hotel complex available to non residents. Currently the following charges per person per day are in force (charges may be changed):
Entrance + sunbed £4.40.
Entrance + sunbed + mattress £5.60.
Entrance + sunbed + mattress + buffet lunch £8.80.
(Guests would only pay if and when making use of facilities).
Coast/Beach
Sandy beach is 10 mins away on foot. If required, residents can make use of a private pool within the complex against payment.

Golf course is 15km away.
Travel
15km from airport. Car hire is available but not essential.
Distances
The apartment is very central. There are plenty of good restaurants, shops and entertainment centres within walking distance. Moreover, it is close to the beatiful promenade along St Julians / Sliema. 10 km away from Valletta.

Supermarket is close by as well as banks, pharmacies and other shops. Doctors' Clinic within 50 meters with medical doctors in attendance.
Booking notes
When we receive your enquiry we will ask you to confirm your interest. If so we would make a provisional booking for 7 days until you make the necessary arrangements for your flight. A 35% deposit must be paid for a firm reservation and the balance paid upon arrival at the apartment. If you then need to cancel your booking we will would be glad to refund all payments with respect to days covered by alternative bookings.
