Quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance from the local village shops, church and restaurants. Plenty of activities for everyone all year round such as country walks, diving, swimming, horse riding and cycling. Various events and village feasts are organised throughout the year in different villages around the island. The farmhouse benefits from its own private outdoor pool, with a shallow end perfect for children. There are 2 low steps from the outside to enter the gate of the farmhouse, then one finds another small step to enter main door of farmhouse. There is also a small step down to use the common bathroom on groundfloor level.

In this farmhouse there is also a private pool area with sun loungers and BBQ area.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes by car / 15 minutes by walk to the nearest beach (Xatt L-Ahmar)
This beach is good for both diving and swimming.

In Gozo there are activities for everyone, like horse riding, excellent for diving and swimming, fantastic country walks and sceneries, beautiful villages full of history architecture etc.

"We had an unforgettable time at Ta'Vitor Farmhouse! Our kids did not want to leave and couldn't blame them! The beds are very comfortable, I slept like a baby cause the matresses are orhopeadic! All the rooms are very beautifully finished one different from the other and are very comfortabe too! The farmhouse is situated very near to the village square where we found various local village shops like a bakery from where we bought our pizza, a pharmacy, grocers, butchers, stationary, ironmongery and more. There is also a local village pub where we could dine or just have a beer! We could find whatever we required a few metres away! We went for beautiful country walks and could walk ourselves to the beautiful beach of "Xatt L-Ahmar" . We had a really good time and look forward for our next visit and will definately stay at Ta' Vitor Farmhouse!. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and we have the same interests! We both love tranquility and nature and love to go away from the hustle and bustle, so in weekends we either go for a nice walk in the countryside, go swimming or diving in summer or else off to Gozo!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My husband and I fell in love with the island of Gozo since we were both kids! We live in Malta but travel to Gozo quite frequently cause is so much different even though its 25 min away by ferry! Its so quiet and peaceful and is very good for diving having clear blue sea. It boasts of beautiful secluded beaches and awesome countryside! We both love nature, so we decided to buy our dreamhouse there, Ta' Vitor Farmhouse. We have searched everywhere in Gozo until we found it. From the moment we stepped inside we both loved it. The conversion and finishing touches took us 6 whole years as we wanted it to be impeccable!
Unique benefits of the property
The property has a lot of Gozitan features like rubble walls, arches, a stone staircase and more. It is located in the heart of the village and so its only 5 minutes away by walk from the local village shops. These include, a bakery, a small grocer and self-service, a butcher, a pharmacy etc. The villagers in the evening meet at the local band club where they can play cards, have a cold beer or even dine there too! The property is also very close to various restuarants which are accessible on foot. A few meters away there is a Bus Stop which you can use if you decide not to hire a car.
