All rates above except from 21 June until the 15 September rates are for up to 4 persons. Each extra person pays £10 per night. 25% booking deposit is required. Full payment on arrival. Refundable damage deposit.

Notes on accommodation
Gas heaters and de-humidifiers are available during the winter months. Internal access to 1st floor is via a spiral stair (supplemented by an external stone stairway). The swimming pool is un-fenced, however, access can be restricted by use of lockable patio doors.

Outside
Outside space comprises rear pool area with ample space for sunbathing and socialising, sunloungers, patio furniture and gas BBQ included. Roof terrace with far-reaching views to the Citadel and sea beyond. In the centre of the property is an enclosed courtyard which is a gem of a feature and truly comes into its own on hot summer days!
Coast/Beach
Gozo is a small island which has wonderful beaches at Ramla bay, Marsalforn bay, Xlendi Bay, Dwejra, Hondoq ir-Rummien, Mgarr ix-Xini and more besides. All are good for swimming and can be reached in less than a 15 min drive. Mgarr ix-Xini is the closest and is 15 mins walk away from our property. Gozo is a renowned dive area, attracting divers from all over the world to sample the crystal clear waters.
Travel
Access to Gozo is via the international airport in Malta (low cost airlines available). Gozo is the sister Island of Malta and lies approximately 20 mins (by ferry) off the mainland (ferry port is approx. 40 mins from airport). Taxi transfers or car hire are available from the airport and can be arranged through us.
Distances
Gozo is approx 15 miles across by 7 miles wide, so everything is within a short distance. Near by villages are Munxar and Xewkija which are a couple of minutes away. Victoria, the capital of Gozo is a 10 min drive away.The renowned Ta Cenc Hotel and spa is a short walk from the house.
Further details
Sannat is one of the main villages in Gozo where you can find all the facilities you need. Bank, pharmacy, utility shop, pubs, take aways and restaurants are within 5 mins drive. Just around one corner of the property are 2 restaurants, a pub and a five star Hotel with a health club.
