Entrance into the property is through a short country lane that leads to the large drive holding at least five cars. The secluded pool area and garden are equipped with BBQ, shady dining area, lounge area with comfortable outside sofas and obviously the 48 foot pool and surrounding deck equipped with sun loungers. The interior of the property has been finished to very good standards and includes a large living room overlooking the pool, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, six air-conditioned bedrooms four of which have en-suite bathrooms and an additional three bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom also includes a heated jacuzzi bath. The pool area and most rooms in the farmhouse take advantage of the open sea and country views. You will have an amazing holiday at this outstanding accommodation.

During the months April to October our changeover day is Saturday but we can be more flexible during the rest of the year.

Accessibility
Being an old farmhouse the accommodation is not really suited for persons with mobility problems. There are also no ground floor bedrooms.
Outside
The farmhouse has a large drive with remote controlled gate so parking your car is no hassle. The outside of the property is split into different areas that consist of a shady courtyard with large table and chairs adjacent to a BBQ spot. Going out of the living room you will find a spacious patio with outside rattan sofas, perfect for relaxing in the warm summer evenings. Further on is the huge 48 foot, overflowing pool with surrounding private deck area. In the mature garden although not big you will find palm, olive and pomegranate trees together with a herb and vegetable patch. Depending on the season you will be free to choose from onions, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. The outside of this property is truly outstanding, as the farmhouse is located in the middle of Gozitan countryside you get to enjoy some stunning views including open sea views that sometimes are as far reaching as Sicily. You will have a relaxing holiday in the peace and tranquility of Gozo.
Coast/Beach
The village of Xaghra is quite central in Gozo. It is only 5 minutes away from Victoria while Ramla and Marsalforn beaches are also a short drive away. Xaghra itself has a few interesting tourist spots including the 5000 year old Ggantija Temples, Ninu's Cave, Xerri's Grotto and Calypso's Cave where Ulysses spent quite a few years as captive by the enchanted Calypso!
Travel
If coming to Gozo from overseas you will land at Malta Airport and either hire a car from the airport and make your own way to Gozo or book a direct transfer before hand that will take you straight to the accommodation. We can organise your transport needs ourselves as that will make life easier for everyone.
Further details
The farmhouse is only a short drive (3 minutes) away from the lively Xaghra square. Here you can find grocery stores, vegetable vendors, bars, restaurants, banks etc.
