It is within easy reach of the village square where shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found. Many of the islands most beautiful beaches are only a short car journey away. Ta Peppa is only a 15 minute walk away from shops, pubs and restaurants, 20 minute walk away from Ramla, 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and Abraham's Supermarket amongst others. A must for those who simply wish to escape and switch off from everyday life.

Notes on prices
Winter Extravaganza
Spend 7 nights in any one of our accommodations for only 990, including car hire and airport transfer!
The offer is valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights for 4 people between October 2011 and April 2012 ( excluding Christmas Holidays). All other offers also apply.
Changeover day
Check-out time is at 10.00 and check-in time is at 14.00 though different timings can be arranged for international guests.
Outside
Each property has it's own private pool and BBQ area, Ta' Peppa pool is 26 x 14 feet with a BBQ area next to the pool - whilst Inzolia's pool is 17 x 14 feet with a large and fully equipped BBQ area on the roof terrace. There are also modern sun loungers and umbrellas, outside showers and a small herb garden.
Coast/Beach
Xaghra, overlooks Ramla Bay. Its particularly golden-reddish sand makes this beach unique. Roman remains lie beneath the sand and the famous Calypso Cave overlooks the western side of the beach. The properties are 3 min drive from Ramla or 20 min walk.
Xaghra also overlooks the village of Marsalforn, the most popular tourist resort on the island. It is well served with restaurants, bars, beaches and scuba diving schools. Marsalforn is a 5 min drive from the properties.
Travel
The nearest airport is the Malta International Airport on the main island of Malta. From there you can either catch a taxi or drive to Cirkewwa and catch a ferry to the port of Mgarr, Gozo. Otherwise you can drive to Valletta and catch the floatplane to the port of Mgarr, Gozo. We will be meeting you at the port of Mgarr to show you the way to the accommodation which is only a 10 minute drive from Mgarr Harbour.
Distances
The accommodations are only 15 minutes walk to the village square, where one can find shops, pubs, restaurants, international bank. Another 2 min walk and you are at the Ggantija temples a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Other sites within walking distance are Ta Sansuna, Xerris Grotto, Ninus Cave, Kola Windmill, Stone Circle, Santa Verna, Museum of Toys, Calypso Cave, Xaghra Church.

There are not enough words to describe the beautiful holiday we spent in Ta' Peppa and Ta Filomena farmhouses. We were very much impressed with the layout of the farmhouses, the size of the pools and above all the cleanliness of these farmhouses. The location cannot be better; in a quiet area and at the same time 5 mins by car to Abraham's supermarket (fully equipped), HSBC and BOV Banks, church and restaurants. Looking forward to spend another holiday in these marvelous farmhouses.
