For those seeking a tranquil location away from the crowded places but within 10 minutes by car of the holiday promenades this is the place to be. This apartment has its own independent entrance and enjoys an outdoor pool and barbecue which is only shared by the owners of the detached villa adjacent. It is right in the centre of Malta close to Mosta and Naxxar. Naxxar has something of historical, archaeological and cultural interest from each period in Malta's past. It has always been one of the main villages on the Islands and has played a role in major events in the Islands' history, from the arrival of Christianity to the defeat of the Ottoman Turks during the Great Siege of 1565. The British period also left its mark: Naxxar lies along the Victoria Lines, British fortifications built on the Great Fault. The town's name may derive from Arabic meaning a divide or cut, which would describe its geographic location. It may also derive from `nasra', meaning Christianity. St Paul.

Notes on accommodation
Very suitable for children, pool has shallow end for those who don't know how to swim and can enjoy some bubbly water in the jacuzzi. Pool deck has loungers and table and chairs. Baby cot & highchair available. Ideal for families with children, couples and pensioners. Car rental and/or airport transfers recommemded and can be arranged, as requested. Accessibility
Ground floor apartment, with plenty of light. Pool area has some stairs. No parking problems in a quiet cul de sac away from the traffic and noise.

Sun lounger, garden table and chairs. Private outdoor swimming pool only shared with owner. Pool is normally available between April and October, other months availability upon request.

20/25 mins by car to Golden Bay and Ghadira Bay (both sandy beaches). Splash & fun Park 10 minutes away by car.

Local golf course 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Malta International Airport is only 25 minutes away by car. Easyjet flies direct from Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle & London Gatwick to Malta. Ryanair, Hello, and Air Malta also fly regularly from Major Uk airports. Airport transfers can be arranged even if you are arriving late at night. Discount car rental provided by reputable local firm.

2 minutes by car to the nearest village, where one can find Palazzo Parisio.
Mosta with its majestic Mosta Dome is 4 minutes away by car.

We are a professional family with 2 grown up teenagers.
We have travelled extensively and value the benefits of going self catering. These give you so much more facilities and space and room to relax and unwind.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The area where the apartment is located is a very sought after location by locals and ex pats. San Pawl Tat-Targa is right in the centre of Malta located between Mosta and Naxxar and you can easily reach the main tourist attractions within 20/30 minutes. Notwithstanding this, it is a very quiet area with very pleasant neighbours.
The apartment is self contained with a lovely well kept garden with trees and flowers.
Unique benefits of the property
Although the villa apartment is located in a central residential area, it is very peaceful where the only sound to be heard in the summer is the cicada and in winter the birds' singing.
One big advantage with our property is that we live next door so that we are always at hand to answer all your questions.
Also we are located on a cul de sac and parking problems are non existent and the area is very safe for both elderly couples as well as families with children.
