For those seeking a tranquil location away from the crowded places but within 10 minutes by car of the holiday promenades this is the place to be. This apartment has its own independent entrance and enjoys an outdoor pool and barbecue which is only shared by the owners of the detached villa adjacent. It is right in the centre of Malta close to Mosta and Naxxar. Naxxar has something of historical, archaeological and cultural interest from each period in Malta's past. It has always been one of the main villages on the Islands and has played a role in major events in the Islands' history, from the arrival of Christianity to the defeat of the Ottoman Turks during the Great Siege of 1565. The British period also left its mark: Naxxar lies along the Victoria Lines, British fortifications built on the Great Fault. The town's name may derive from Arabic meaning a divide or cut, which would describe its geographic location. It may also derive from `nasra', meaning Christianity. St Paul.

Budget Airline Vueling flies from Madrid to Malta 3 times a week, Italian airline Volare 4 times a week and airline Norwegian.no 3 times a week. 20 minutes by car away from Malta International airport. 15 mins by car to Valletta and Sliema.

What a beautiful spot for a week of holiday in the sun. this apartment was great to come back to, after venturing to the more touristy hot spots of Malta. And we actually had a swim in the pool. We managed to squeeze in quite a bit of sightseeing as well, the apartment being in the middle of Malta probably helped. thanks alot to Carmen for a wonderful week in Malta. Had a very restful week. this was our first visit to Malta, but we very quickly made our minds up that this was definitely the best area of the island in which to stay.
