Recently built and finished to a very high standard this traditional 3 storey Gozitan stone townhouse provides high quality, comfortable holiday accommodation at the heart of a very desirable village. The sun terrace is furnished for sun worshippers and has a barbecue and patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining. The spacious ground floor room with double oak doors is divided into a utility and large living area with comfortable seating and chairs for children to 'chill out' after a long day on the beach and equipped with a DVD player and a selection of family DVDs. Victoria, the capital with its markets, restaurants and nightlife is only 10 mins from the house, the harbour is nearby and all of Gozo's beautiful beaches and attractions are within a 15 mins drive. The closest beach is minutes away by car.

Air conditioners double as heaters during the cooler months. A hairdryer is provided.

Outside
Traditional balcony overlooks the village from the first floor living area.
A large fully equipped sun terrace on the top floor provides a great space for breakfasting, sunbathing and barbecues whilst enjoying village views and soaking up the atmosphere.

Coast/Beach
Gozo is only 14km long and you are never far from the beach and all other attractions on the island. From Ghajnsielem guests can be on the nearest beach in only a few minutes or travel to the red sands of Ramla bay in 10 minutes. Tourist resorts such as Xlendi and Marsalforn are within the same distance. This is a very popular location for walkers and cyclists, particularly during the cooler months where the island is able to show off its rich fauna. Scuba diving and snorkellin is also popular.

Gozo is very popular with walkers, cyclists and scuba divers.

Travel
Fly into Malta International Airport. From here the ferry port for Gozo is a 40 minute taxi journey. Regular car ferries cross to Gozo in 25 minutes. From the harbour at Mgarr the house is only a few minutes away by car/taxi. Alternatively travel by helicopter from the airport. Car hire is not essential as buses to the main town pass the top of the street. However, car hire is highly recommended to make the most of your holiday in Gozo and is probably the cheapest in Europe.

Distances
The village square is only a minute's walk from the house where you will find local vendors selling fresh produce daily and local shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities. All villages and attractions are nearby and no more than 15 minutes away by car.

Booking notes
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds Sterling for up to six people and include gas and electricity. A £200 non-refundable deposit should be paid on booking with the balance due at least 6 weeks before arrival.
