Situated in the small tranquil village of San Lawrenz, Gozo, this marvellous villa is one of a kind. It has country and sea views from pool area, and from 3 of its 4 bedrooms. The villa has been recently renovated to the highest standards, to create a home which has kept its traditional charm, whilst responding to modern needs. It's a real home from home. It has been furnished as a home rather than a holiday rental. A living room with cable TV, DVD player and fire-place, a dining room for 8 persons, and a fully-equipped kitchen with island, which can be used for breakfast. In the pool area, there is also a shower, a spare toilet, a BBQ. It also includes a large oval table, 2 large umbrellas, chairs and deck-chairs and sunbeds, all made of fine teak. The villa is within walking distance to 'Ta'Dbiegi' crafts village, where you can watch local craftsmen working on their skills, and purchase souvenirs. The property is accredited by Malta Tourist Authority.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Normally, departures not later than 12.00 am and arrivals at 16.00. But, these can be arranged with the owners.

Notes on accommodation
The property includes safety equipment and emergency lights. All bathrooms/shower rooms have high pressure hot/cold water.
Outside
Over-flow pool with jacuzzi. Size of pool, excluding jacuzzi, is 30 ft x 13 ft approx. Large deck area, with large table and 8 chairs, sun beds, and 2 large umbrellas, all made of teak wood. Size of umbrellas 12ft and 10ft. 2 bedrooms have balconies over-looking pool area and views. Watch sun-set when dining in pool area or swimming in the pool in late August, September/October.
Coast/Beach
Dwejra (Inland Sea) is just down the road. Various beaches, sandy and rocky, can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course is on the island of Malta, accessed by ferry.
Travel
We can arrange car hire collected from airport or delivered to house, bicycle hire, and airport transfers.
We can also arrange boat trips around Gozo and Comino, self driven boats, fishing trips, and private boat charters. You can also book through us for Malta/Gozo sightseeing tours on open-top buses.

Distance to nearest village, less than 1 mile.
Distance to Victoria, capital city, about 4 miles.
Distance to M'Forn or Xlendi, where one can find various hotels and restaurants, about 6 miles.
Further details
2 grocery stores and a discount supermarket are within walking distance. The supermarket is open even on Sunday morning. A couple of restaurants are also within walking distance. Others within a few minutes drive.
Booking notes
33% deposit. Balance can be paid either in cash on arrival, or 33% 8 weeks before arrival, and remaining balance on arrival. Deposit and second payment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Early booking is recommended.
