Accessibility
The villa is wheelchair accessible inside with wide doors, etc., as is the outside area. Ramps are available to be put on the steps at the entrance of the villa.
Outside
The villa has a private pool measuring approximately 36 feet by 25 feet with a jacuzzi on the side. It is very private,. There is a barbecue, and open shower, a gazebo, dining tables outside, large terrace,Deckchairs and umbrellas are also available. A children's play area complete with safety mats, slide, swings, seesaws,etc. An outdoor Finnish sauna seating six, a five hole crazy golf course, and an equipped games room.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach in St Julians is a ten minute drive away. Other popular beaches in the north are between thirty to forty minutes drive away.
Golf
The local golf course is at Marsa, a fifteen minutes drive away, however a five hole crazy golf course can also be enjoyed at the villa.
Travel
The nearest, and only airport, Malta International Airport is a fifteen minute drive away. Transfers both ways are included in the price.
Distances
The neasrest town is a two minute drive, places of interest are all around Malta, but Malta being small all interesting places are no longer than an hours drive.
Further details
Shops, banks and restaurants are very near. A car is reccomended as some very interesting places could only be visited if driving, as local buses do not go to all places, and other activities.

A 20% deposit will secure a booking, with the balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival.
