Apartment and pool deck is surrounded by fruit trees which could be enjoyed while sitting out on the patio/pool furniture. Since climate is warm, pool heating is not installed. Private pool measures 10.7 x 5 m with depth inclining from 1m to 2.0m.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to Ghajn Zejtuna beach is 15 minutes away, while the largest sandy beach Mellieha Bay is only a 5 minute drive away. Gozo ferry is 10 minutes drive away and a trip to the capital city Valletta is 40 min by public transport. The touristic village of Bugibba is 15 min by public transport.
Special interest holidays
Village feast is on the 8th September having a whole week of activities with the famous spectacular fireworks let off in the main village square on the 7th September.

Airport is 45 minutes away by car.
Distances
Pleasant country walks are in the vicinity enjoying breath taking sea views and views of the sister islands of Comino and Gozo.
