Notes on prices
A 30% deposit of the rental rate is payable at the time of your booking and the balance is paid in cash upon arrival. Deposit payments can be made by credit card at no charge to a secure Paypal account. The balance is to be paid upon arrival. Bedlinen and towels are provided and included in the price and there is a one-time cleaning charge of €30. A security deposit of €100 is also required to be paid at check-in and this is refunded at check-out. Please email me to check availability.

This 160 sqm duplex penthouse has wooden flooring throughout and a large teak terrace overlooking the harbour. Two other back terraces overlook a historic building just 12 metres away. Both bedrooms are situated on the first floor overlooking the harbour with one having a typical Maltese balcony and the other a large window. An open plan study and a large shower room are also situated on the lower floor.
The kitchen, dining and living area are configured as an open plan layout and overlook the large terraces. A guest toilet is also present on this floor.

This apartment is comfortably spaced out and tastefully decorated. Upon walking in, one can proceed to the kitchen or a large living room. The Kitchen is brand new, includes all amenities and also has a large breakfast high table which in turn leads to a large shower room with access to a teaked back balcony enjoying historic architectural views. The living room includes a large real leather sofa and lounger, a 32 inch plasma screen, a dining table and a traditional wooden maltese balcony has amazing views on to the Valletta Harbour and Manoel Island. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room and has a large double bed, large wardrobe, full size wall mirror and a window overlooking the harbour. This apartment is ideal for any couple, be it for a romantic, leisure or a business trip to Malta.

 

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have ceiling fans which are ideal for the summer and the apartments have also a number of electric heaters that can be used and moved around according to one's needs.

Coast/Beach
There are some rocky beach spots in Valletta below the apartment which can be ideal for a quick swim. Other beaches are available at various locations on the island.

Golf
The Royal Marsa Golf Club is located 20 minutes away by car from Valletta.

Travel
The Malta International Airport is Malta's only airport and is a gateway for Air Malta, most low cost carriers such as Ryan Air and Easy Jet and other major carriers.

Distances
Malta is a small island and Valletta is centrally located providing you with easy access to the whole of the island. Getting around is easy especially if you are residing in Valletta as all buses start and end in Valletta and bus terminus is only 10 mins walk from these apartments.

Shops, Banks, Pharmacies, Restaurants are all present in Valletta and nearby to these apartments.

Booking notes
30% of the total due is to be paid as a deposit and the balance upon arrival. For stays of less than a week full payment is required. A €100 security payment is also to be paid upon arrival and this is refunded following property inspection at check-out. For short stays of less than a week full advance payment might be requested.
