A warm welcoming Villa in Marsascala with its own private pool. BBQ entertainment and spacious surrounding. Lovely to explore the Southern part of Malta and close to all amenities, minutes walk to a lovely promenade by sea, 5 min drive to St.Thomas rocky or sandy beaches. Marsascala itself is packed with great restaurants, including maltese cuisine, bars and cafeterias as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest. All the conveniences of the town are in the vicinity, groceries, shops and take aways, Pizzerias, markets, restaurants, churches, cinema, Internet Cafes, wine bars and fishing. This area is away from the tourist hub but is within easy reach of all island attractions by either car, bus or taxi. Several family friendly beaches including St.Thomas sandy beach is located within an easy walk of our villa and in Birzebbugia, also known as "pretty Bay" beach offer eating facilities, playing area for children and fantastic water sports.

Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for children. For safety, accessibility for pool is only accessed from the kitchen area only. Rooms are all air-conditioned chargeable extra at €30 per day (could vary) on July and august but ceiling fans are also installed and they are free of charge. The property should be left tidy and clean after departure.Deposit of €300 required for damages and breakages upon arrival, Refunded by PayPal or IBAN Bank Transfer (need account holder address,iban no and bic code,swift) subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Coast/Beach
Beaches are within reach. Rocky and sandy beaches are situated in St.Thomas Bay. Also a restaurant/take-aways on-site for convenience.

15 minutes drive to golf/horse riding course at Marsa.

Family theme park called park Inspire. Suitable for the whole family. It includes swimming area including indoor pool, gym facilities, children recreation area, suitable also for animal lovers.
Travel
Airport - Malta International Luqa/Gudja - 5km. Ferry - Valletta Port - 6km.
All flights land in Malta International Airport Luqa which is a 15 minute drive form the house. Car is essential.
Air Malta operates flights to and from all the major airports in Europe, North Africa and Middle East. For flights visit Ryanair, Airmalta, Easyjet, Lufthansa, Alitalia. Vuelling, Emirates, British Airways.
Distances
By car: Valletta - 20 minutes. Marsaxlokk fish market - 10 minutes. Sliema/St.Julians - 20 minutes. Bugibba - 40 minutes.
Gozo Ferry - 45 minutes. Vittoriosa (Grand Market) - 10 minutes.
Regular and frequent buses to Valletta. Bus stage - 2 minutes within reach from rental home by walking.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible we manage and offer exciting tours, cruises, scuba diving, arrange cycling tours and more. A perfect option to explore Malta and Gozo at your own pace. The open top bus offers three Routes, The North tour/South tour/Malta by night and Gozo sightseeing which visit all of the city's monuments, churches, villages and other exciting places. You can switch between itineraries, and get on and off to explore on your own as many times as you wish. While on the bus, an Audio-guide explains the sites. Entertainment/activities: mostly in the hotels for live entertainment. Scuba diving attractions and other water sports. Eating out: good fish restaurants and Maltese Cuisine are found in Marsascala.
