The 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed apartment interconnect and becomes one whole villa. 1 x 3 bed apartment is ground floor and makes it ideal for older people and young kids as there are no high balconies. Large sundeck round pool with umbrellas and deckchairs. BBQ outside near pool. Garden furniture in every apartment. Close to all amenities, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, Sandy Beach 5 mins away. Village just up the road. Car not a necessity as very close by to all amenities. If renting a car, plenty of car space on the road near the villa. Air condition(optional) in every bedroom. Operated by pre paid cards available from owner on arrival.BBQ and outside shower near the pool. Umbrellas and deckchairs round the pool area. Garden furniture in every terrace of the villa. The terraces goes round the whole villa. Free food pack on arrival in every apartment. Dishwasher in all flats.

1 bedroom has twin beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. Twin beds can be pushed together. The 3 bedrooms upstairs has all the bedrooms with twin beds. These can be pushed together to make a big bed. There are 2 bathrooms with walk in shower and bath in every bathroom. Dishwasher in brand new kitchen. Washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator, cooker, kettle, toaster, utensils, pots and pans. Sofa with side tables and lampshade. Safe deposit box, TV with cable (free of charge), telephone (card) and Internet connection.(wireless). All these facilities are free of charge. Air-conditioning in every bedroom (optional) operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival in the villa. Cleaning before arrival and after departure are free of charge. Washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator, cooker, kettle, toaster, utensils, pots and pans. Sofa with side tables and lampshade. Safe Deposit box, TV with cable (free of charge). Telephone (card) and Internet Connection. Safe deposit box and DVD player. Dishwasher in brand new kitchen. Fans are available in every bedroom and are free of charge. Air condition in every bedroom (optional)operated by pre paid cards available on arrival from the owner. April to October: Arrivals: Saturdays to Saturdays. Villa (Sleeps 16 - 20, 8 Bedrooms)

The villa consists of 3 apartments.1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 3 bedrooms. Accommodates up to 16 persons. The 2 bedroom and 1 of the 3 bedroom interconnects to make one whole floor (5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms etc) while the other 3 bedroom is ground floor which makes it ideal for elderly people, families with children or people with limited mobility. The 2 bedroom has 1 bathroom with bath and shower and the 3 bedrooms has 2 bathrooms each. All apartments are fully equipped with fitted kitchens, washing machines, etc. The 2 bedroom has a large balcony that goes round from the kitchen side door to the bedrooms and the 3 bedroom upstairs has a large balcony from the bedrooms and a large terrace on one side. The 3 bedroom ground floor has a large patio in front of the whole apartment. The villa is close to all shops, bars, restaurants (within 3 mins walk). Sandy beach is 5 mins away with car or bus. The villa can be rented as a whole villa with private pool. Food parcel free

Mellieha is only 5 mins up the road. Shops and restaurants are 5 mins away.
Mellieha Bay beach is 5 mins with the bus or car.
Armier Bay Beach is 8 mins with the bus or car
Golden Bay Beach is 10 mins with the bus or car
Popeye Village where the film Popeye was filmed 5 mins with the car or bus and 8 mins on foot.

'Hi Antoinette, Just a quick email to say a big Thank you for your help and for renting us your lovely apartments. We all had a fantastic time in Malta. My father-in-law was in the Royal Navy and was living in Malta for 3 years, my husband was there for the first few years of his life and my sister in law was born in Malta! My father in law hasn't been back since 1962! As you can imagine it was a very emotional trip for him but he was so pleased to have come over. We even managed to find the flat they lived in in Selima. Anyway enough of us, thank you once again and i will be recommending Ringway Villa and hope to return ourselves one day.' Tracey.
