The 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed apartment interconnect and becomes one whole villa. 1 x 3 bed apartment is ground floor and makes it ideal for older people and young kids as there are no high balconies. Large sundeck round pool with umbrellas and deckchairs. BBQ outside near pool. Garden furniture in every apartment. Close to all amenities, supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, Sandy Beach 5 mins away. Village just up the road. Car not a necessity as very close by to all amenities. If renting a car, plenty of car space on the road near the villa. Air condition in every bedroom from 2009. Operated by pre paid cards available from owner.

Changeover day
No preferences to changeover day from February to end of May. June to end of September Saturday to Saturday. October, November, December flexible. If we are full, we do have other villa with pool available. So please enquire.

'Hi Antoinette, Just a quick email to say a big Thank you for your help and for renting us your lovely apartments. We all had a fantastic time in Malta. My father-in-law was in the Royal Navy and was living in Malta for 3 years, my husband was there for the first few years of his life and my sister in law was born in Malta! My father in law hasn't been back since 1962! As you can imagine it was a very emotional trip for him but he was so pleased to have come over. We even managed to find the flat they lived in in Selima. Anyway enough of us, thank you once again and i will be recommending Ringway Villa and hope to return ourselves one day.' Tracey.
