Property situated in a quiet residential area, in walking distance to all activities. Spacious accommodation, fully equipped, includes front yard and space to eat outside. Air-conditioned Bedroom. Very quiet safe area but few minutes walk from all amenities. Spinola Bay and the 5km promenade to Sliema are just minutes away from the apartment - Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs. Very well connected by public transport.

Long winter stays will be given a very significant discount.
During peak period (July-August) only groups of 4 or more are accepted.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. check in is at 14.00 and check out is at 11,00. If there are no persons on the same day I will be flexible and extra hours will be free.

The St.Julians/Sliema coastine (rocky, very clear clean blue sea) can be reached in less than 10 mins walk. A sandy beach is about 20 mins walk away. If you want to explore the beaches in the North, bus stop is very close by.

A golf course is available about 7 kilometres away.
Skiing
Not possible, but water skiing available just a few minutes away!

Travel
There is only one airport in Malta (Luqa airport) which is about 8km away from the apartment. I can arrange for your airport transfer. Hired car is not essential. If you are in Malta to relax you dont need a car, if you want to explore however it can be interesting to discover less popular sites!
Distances
You are at the centre of St.Julians, the entertainment capital. However your apartment is in the old village centre, but a short walk away from all the action. All necessities are very close by.
Further details
Within 10 minutes walk you will find all supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks etc. For young people, Paceville and the the super nightlife are maybe 15-20 minutes walk.

'Stay in Malta the April second half in family (2 children of 6 and 9 years old): Kenneth, the owner, is available, nice, and discreet. Information at arrival was very good. Trade is comparatively close (250 metres to have a true supermarket) as well as bus to Valetta which crosse every 5'. Accommodation very well! Quality very correct for price.'

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The best thing about this property is the location, as it is a very very central location just minutes away from the most important entertainment spots of Malta. As a couple it was great to enjoy the walks on the 5km promenade (St.Julians - Sliema) or a swim in the clear waters of Balluta Bay. It was nice to dine out in some of the best restaurants of the island overlooking the idyllic Spinola Bay. And it was also nice to be able to walk to Paceville (the nightlife mecca - one of the best in Europe) to enjoy the brilliant nightlife. However, once you are inside the private road leading to the apartment, it is perfectly quiet!

Unique benefits of the property
As previously stated, the comfort to reach all necessities on foot is the greatest advantage. However the property itself is very comfortable to live in, it's on ground floor and it includes a front yard where you can enjoy your breakfast or have a barbecue (provided) in the evening. The fact that you have outdoor space is a big big plus as you can enjoy the lovely weather of the island for most of the year! While the property is listed as a 2 bedroom property, it can easily sleep 6 persons.
The fact that it is situated in a private road gives the property added security, and gives it a quiet location but just a short walk from all the action and from the sea.
