Although the apartment is in a residential area, it is within walking distance to the more touristic areas of Bugibba and Qawra. The best sandy beaches cannot be closer! Just a bus away 3km to 7km! In fact the apartment is close to all tourist attractions. One of the favorite is the ferry departure from where one can take do a mini cruise around the Maltese islands and stop at the blue lagoon. The location is ideal for who likes to walk as the apartment is also close to the countryside and so one can walk in the countryside and discover secluded bays.

We do weekend breaks starting from euro 225.
Special offers my be available and longer stays especially in winter we have special packages for 1 month (eur 700), 2 months (eur 1200) and 3 month (1500). These are ideal to escape from the cold winters and come to enjoy our warm winters.
Changeover day
Any day. Normal check in is at 15:00, check out is at 12:00, however we are quite flexible.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom consists of a shower, and wc. The shower has a stool for the elderly. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped,with fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, free standing oven, ceramic plates, pots and pans etc. |
| Utility Room: | Broom, mop etc. Iron and iron board, washing machine, clothes drying facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting room has satellite TV with over 1000 stations, and radio. The best is however the view with can be enjoyed by simply sitting on the sofa and enjoy your favorite drink. |
| Other: | All bedrooms have indipendant reading lights. We also can provide single or double bedding. There is also a shopping cart to help the elderly with the shopping from the supermarket. |

Notes on accommodation
If you absolutely want air-conditioning we can supply it at an extra cost, however apartments are naturally fresh. Layouts are very flexible. This accommodation is suitable for all kinds of guests.
Accessibility
In the entrance to the apartment block there are 5 steps. From there onwards there is a lift to all floors.
Outside
The balconies have chairs and a table so you can stay outside, to eat, sip wine and enjoy the romantic sunsets.
Coast/Beach
A nice small secluded and reserved swimming zone is 100m from the apartment. The best sandy beaches are 4 to 7km away and are all reachable by bus (0.58 euros). The beaches are free of charge and if you like you can hire a deck chairs, umbrellas, paddle boats, jet skis, para kiteing etc. Beaches have kiosks and toilet facilities. Ice creams, fast food and delicious sandwiches made from Maltese bread are sold.
Golf
Just 7km away. The Royal Malta Golf Club at Marsa provides a very good standards.
Skiing
Water skiing in Malta is available in all bays.
Special interest holidays
The apartment is suitable for who likes fishing, country walks, all kinds of water sports, kite surfing, rock climbing, history and culture, partying and clubbing, firework festivals and concerts, etc.
Travel
10km from airport and seaport and a taxi is just 25 euros. A mini bus is 35 euros.
Distances
700m to the town centre of St Paul's bay where all the shops are located. Every day, vans stop near the apartment to sell fresh bread and vegetables. The restaurants are close and there is a very good choice of good but cheap restaurants. Can eat fish and traditional Maltese dishes for less than 20 euros per person including wine.
Further details
Not to be missed is a day cruising the best and most secluded beaches in the North of Malta. The best bay is the Blue lagoon on the little island of Comino. The boats depart from Bugibba 1.5km away from the apartment. On their way to comino they stop to visit caves and other bays.

Accommodation-wise, the flat is brand new but the shower and toilet are together and a bit small, as is the second bedroom. But the most valuable asset of this property are the very helpful, very kind and very friendly owners. This has absolutely no price. Also the location is ideal. shops, bus stop, restourants are very close. It was so relaxing staying in the balcony sipping wine , enjoying the sunset. That's why I'd recommend this flat to others.' Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
This apartment is in the best area of the Bay. The balcony enjoys sunshine in the early afternoon and keeps enjoying it till sunset. I always suggest to keep a bottle of wine handy and to sip it whilst enjoying the sunset and watch the fishermen coming in with their boats. The bus stop is just in front of the door. There is also a nice reserved swimming zone just few meters away for a quick swim! (much better than a swimming pool!!) The shops are about 800m away and you will find all kinds of shops, banks pharmacies etc. 1km away there is a little jetty where one can take a one day cruise round the islands and visit the Blue lagoon in Comino. The apartment cannot be closer to the best unspoilt sandy beaches; Ghajn tuffieha, golden bay, Mellieha bay, Armier bay, Igiebah and Paradise Bay.

The apartment has wifi internet, satellite TV with over 1000 channels, DVD player and a great view from the sitting room!
