Notes on prices
Prices shown above are for 7 nights in Euro for 2 people. Please contact me for prices for other size parties.
For every additional person the weekly rental is increased by 25 Euro in Winter (Nov - Mar) or 50 Euro in Summer (April - Oct). Babies are free of charge. Rates for other size parties are available on request. A supplement of 50 Euro per week is applicable for Christmas, New Year and Easter.
Internet access is available for 40 Euro up to a month.

Changeover day
Please when I have guest coming and departure in the same day, departure time in the mornings will be till 11am and those coming in will enter afternoons after 3pm so we can do the cleaning.

Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is situated in the centre of Xlendi Bay. It is ideal for couples or families that want to relax and have one of their dreams come true. The apartment is based on the second and top floor. There is no building on the apartment and you can also use the roof where from there you will see the most beautiful views of Xlendi.
IMPORTANT: We are offering free transport from the ferry boat to the apartment and back. Other extra transfers are not included.Car hire and additional services required are not included.
Lot of toys for children and games for adults is available, plenty of CDs and a wide range of books. There is also some information books about Gozo, Comino and Malta and a big chart of maps. Prices all inclusive of linen, towels, water, electricity, gas, etc. Baby cot is available free.We offer a free welcome food pack including a bottle of very pleasant local wine. If needed a maid service is available for an extra charge.

Outside
The balcony is very sunny, where you can relax the whole day in the sun and you can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of local wine. There is a fantastic view to the sea, you can look at the beach or see the incoming fisher boats. To the other side you have a view to the giant rocks with the green valley in their front. In the balcony you will find four chairs and a table. An umbrella is provided in case the sun will be too hot. Very important: This property is fully approved and licenced by the Malta tour.

Coast/Beach
Xlendi village is situated is quiet and peaceful place. The balcony is in the right place where you can see two views, one to the beach and other to the valley. To reach the sandy beach by foot you need only a minute. Not more time you will find a diving centre for beginners and advanced divers, ATM bank, Tourist Information, local grocery and souvenir-shops with their handcrafted objects. At 1 o'clock a van comes trough the place to sell fruits and fresh vegetables.

Special interest holidays
The island offer over 50 shore and boat sites with depths from 5m to 45m in Gozo, Comino and Malta and sights from natural rock formations to sunken wrecks and reefs bursting with marine life.Xlendi bay is very popular with diving enthusiasts and there are two diving schools providing equipment and guided dives for beginners and advanced divers at reasonable prices. You can also hire a pleasure cruise boat and takes you around other shores around Gozo.

Gozo is wonderful walking country with plenty of well trodden tracks through the more famous of the islands landmarks such as Calypso's Cave or the Azure Window, Ggantija Temples, Ta Kola windmill and the Citadel in Victoria where there you find lot of antique museums and the old prisons. There is also Ninu's cave and a museum of toys in Xaghra.

Travel
It is very convenient to make use of the ferry boat between Malta and Gozo. The ferry boat runs approximately every 30 to 45 minutes. A schedule is updated every 3 months. We can organise a taxi from the Malta international airport (Luqa) to Cirkewwa harbour and from Gozo Imgarr harbour to the apartment. Please contact us for more details and we shall be glad to help.

Extra Notes: Hanging on the wall behind the dining table you will find 4 interesting big pictures (black and white) of Xlendi where it takes you around 20th Century. I think this will be interesting to give you an imagination how Xlendi was 90 years ago. A coffee machine and a double blender to make liquid fruit or to liquid food for babies is available. Enough tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and oil are also available. Lot of toys for children and games for adults is available, plenty of cds and a wide range of books for adults and children, so you can choose your favourite story. In the balcony an umbrella is provided in case if the sun will be too hot. Extra notes: Easy way to travel: the best and easy way to travel from Malta to Gozo is by the ferry boat that operates every 45 minutes. In it there is excellent facilities including a magazine kisok and cafeteria. For a stress free start to your holiday, we can organise private transfers from Malta airport direct to our apartment. Please contact us for a quote. There is a public bus service from the airport to Cirkewwa where you can catch the regular Gozo ferry for 4.65 Euros per person. Gozo quiet and peacful place: Gozo is a small island surrounded with the Mediterranean Sea. The population is 30,000. Most of them are fishermen and farmers. The capital city of Gozo is Victoria. Victoria Town is surrounded with small Villages.Gozo is very different from Malta. The countryside is much greener with steep fertile valleys fringing spectacular rugged cliffs that plunge down to reveal alluring bays. Many interesting places never end, like Dwejra the Azure window, Calipso Cave and Ninu's Cave, Ggantija temples that takes us many years ago, the old Windmill and museum of toys these are all in Xaghra. Lunsjata valley that is a very quite place on the way to Kercem Village.

Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking plus a security deposit of £50 to cover any breakages or damage during your stay. This will be returned to you in full, subject to any deductions, after your stay. For cancellations after the balance is received, if we can re-let the property, you will be refunded. If not, there is a 100% cancellation charge. I accept PayPal too to make it easier for you. Internet access available 40 Euro up to a month.

Guest comments
Xlendi is probably the best place to stay in Gozo because it is only a minute away from sandy beach and not more minutes for shopping and restaurants.
