For an extra 150 euros we can also offer you an air-conditoned car with GPS, unlimited mileage and comprehensive insurance, free parking inside the same block of apartments, your airport transfers both ways, a small food pack to find on your arrival, and a 24 hour contact person for any assistance you may need during your stay in Malta.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.

Accessibility
Although the penthouse is situated on the fifth floor, it is accessible from the ground floor by two lifts.
Outside
Nine meter terrace with fantastic views where you can barbecue, and dine outside. Excellent for watching all the firework activities in summer.
Coast/Beach
The nearest good beach is in St Julians, a 10 minute drive away. Other popular beaches in the north are about forty minutes drive.
Golf
The golf course in Marsa is only a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Malta International airport is around 10 kilometers. A car is reccomended if you want to go sightseeing.
Distances
Places of interest are all around Malta. These are best toured by car, so a car is recommended.

Confirmed reservation will only be valid upon receiving payment. Payment can be effected by credit card, cheque, or money transfer in Maltese Liri or Euros. All credit card payments carry a 5% charge added to the total amount payable. Any changes in the number of persons booked may be subject to extra charges. About the owner
Hi, my name is Richard Zammit. I am 62 years old and am now retired from a flower business that I have run for over forty years. My daughter and son are both married and I have four beautiful grandchildren. I now own this villa (used to live in for a few years) and a few other small properties that I rent. This keeps me quite busy. Before I started in this letting business I wanted to make sure that any eventual guests, would find in my property, whatever I would expect to find, and more, so I make sure that my few properties are well equipped and maintained. Guests who visit our properties always leave Malta as our friends and many have returned over and over again.
