All the rooms come off a central courtyard and have the highest level of furnishings and are fully equipped. Large outdoor areas with extensive seating areas, large (gated) pool, dining areas, hammocks, everything you would need for a wonderful holiday.

Notes on accommodation
2 bedrooms are air-conditioned. All have ceiling fans. House is fully equipped for children, with stair gates, gates to pool, cot, highchairs etc. Central heating throughout house.
Accessibility
The house is on two levels, the ground floor all being on one level with no stairs. 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor so suitable if stairs an issue.
Outside
There is a large terrace and pool area, the pool is 9 x 3m, garden extends to 35m from house with different areas for eating and lounging. There are 2 large outdoor tables and a smaller stone table, outdoor sofas seating 10, hammock, sunloungers and 2 large FatBoy beanbags, large Weber BBQ. There is also a large terrace upstairs with direct access from garden, hall or master bedroom.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to a number of beaches around the island.
Special interest holidays
Gozo is a world class scuba diving destination with numerous diving schools.
Travel
Nearest airport is Malta, ferry takes 30 minutes, transfer from ferry 10 minutes. Car hire recommended.
Distances
House is situated in a very small village and 2 minutes drive to Victoria (the capital). Very conveniently located for access to all parts of the island.

About the owner
We live in London and this is our own family holiday home. We completely renovated the house to create a very comfortable house and garden that we (and others) would enjoy staying in...a home away from home with all the comforts not normally found in holiday houses. We have 3 children under the age of 5 and have therefore done the house up and equipped it particularly well for families with young children.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I spent all my summer holidays as a child in Gozo and wanted our children to have the same carefree, safe, hot summers. There is also no better place for a Mediterranean holiday!
