Accessibility
Property is located on one floor. Only 8 wide steps to enter from front. From living area only one step to garden, terrace and pool. No other steps inside house to bedrooms, living and bathrooms.
Outside
Large sunny swimming pool with deck area. BBQ area and two seperate outside dining areas. Property has a large garden and unique cave for those who wish to stay away from the sun in a cool relaxing place. All outdoor areas enjoy unobstructed country and valley views with the unforgettable Gozitan sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Xlendi bay is situated nearby with just a 20 minute walk from residence. All other beaches are about 10 to 15 minute by car. Bus terminus is just 10 min walk from residence and there is daily bus service to all villages, most beaches and Mgarr harbour from here.
Travel
Mgarr Harbour is 10 min drive from residence and use of taxi, bus or car is recommended to reach harbour.
Distances
Being located in the outskirts of the capital city of Gozo, all places of interest in the capital including the Citadel fortifications, museums, cathedral, churches, public gardens, shopping malls are at walking distance from residence. It is also recommended to visit these places of interest on foot to avoid parking problems in the city. Other towns and places of interest like the Neolitic temples of Ggantija are about 10 mins drive from residence.

Direct transfers from airport by taxi or minibus can be arranged. Reasonable car hire rates available on request with modern air-conditioned vehicles, 4X4, jeeps, Mpv and luxury cars. Motorbikes, quads and bicycles also available. Boat hire and day boat trips can also be arranged along with many other activities including horse riding, carriage rides, skippered boat trips and jet ski rides.

Payments can be made in British pounds, USD and euros. Rates are for 6 persons. Rates for fewer or more persons are available on request. 25% of booking amount is required at time of booking and balance due 8 weeks before start of holiday.Payments can also be made through paypal.
