The Shamrock Apartments have an easy access to all amenities, including the sea front promenade, beach, main square, supermarket, bars, restaurants (including McDonalds and Pizza Hut), games rooms, car rentals, cinema, casino etc. The Shamrock Apartments an outdoor communal pool with roof terraces and office to assist guest during the day.

Rates quoted are for 2 persons. Please contact us to forward you the price list for 3, 5, 6 and 7 guests. The rates quoted are per night for the whole apartment (not per person).

Included in the rates for 2011: use of the pool and sunbeds, provision of bed sheets and towels, change of bed sheets and towels after 7 days, water and electricity consumption, all taxes, provision of fans and heater, use of the pool and sunbeds, final cleaning. Children aged under 2 years stay free.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds made as double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single bed.
More beds can be added to sleep 7 guests.
Beds made up with two towels per person, cotton sheets, duvet and pillows on your arrival. These are changed weekly.
Bathrooms: A private bathroom with wc, washbasin and bathtub with shower.
Kitchen: Kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, plates and kettle.
Living Rooms: Dining area and seating area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Final cleaning is included in the rates, weekly maid service is included in the rate. Linen and towels are provided on arrival and changed free of charged once a week.

 

Notes on accommodation
We provide fans and not air-conditioning. There are no seaviews from the apartments. The only seaviews are from the rooftop swimming pool. WIFI and broadband internet (optional).

Guest comments
We recently stayed at these apartments and would(and have) recommend these to anyone visiting Malta. The apartment was really clean and lots of room for all 4 of us, which is a definite must with 2 boys. As it's not on the promenade it was lovely and peaceful in the evenings. The shops are close by as well as the bus stops. The pool was great for the children and we had absolutely no safety concerns with the pool or apartment. The family were always helpful and friendly! They have CCTV on each level, which helps you feel more secure. I will definitely visit again! Great value for money.

About the owner
My name is Antida and together with my family run the Shamrock Apartments in Bugibba, Malta. I have been in this hospitality and tourist industry for the last 20 years and I am really glad to have spent such time in an industry where it is made of human interaction where diverse cultures, ideas, and opinions meet.

Year purchased: 1990

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The Shamrock Apartments were purposely built with the holiday makers in mind. In the beginning of the 1990's we were featured on Thomson, Portland, Skytours brochures. Since then we started attracting our own guests and I am pleased that today 20 percent of our guest are annual repeaters. A central accommodation isn’t everyone’s idea of holiday bliss. Then again, no one likes to be miles away from the action. Thankfully, the Shamrock Apartments have got the balance just right. It’s in a quiet area, but only five minutes’ walk from bus station, beach, restaurants, pubs, supermarket, etc.. The Shamrock Apartments are located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Unique benefits of the property
One of the main features that attract our guests is the roof top swimming pool with sun terraces. I live on site where I have an office to assist my guests. Most of the time I or other members of the family are around the place (whether in our office or cleaning the apartments, so there is always someone to help. Also for your added security we have installed security cameras on each floor for that extra peace of mind.
