The main attractions of this farmhouse are the ample outdoor private patios, both on the ground floor as well on the first floor, where one can sunbathe to their heart's delight. On entering the farm one is immediately impressed by a private courtyard, the pool and deck area are at the front of the house, again with a lot of space to relax. One of the best features is the outdoor stair case which leads to yet another patio and two bedrooms.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 have double beds. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Bedroom 1 and 2 have a shower room in between them so they have ensuite shower, large wash hand basin and toilet. The other shower is downstairs next to the thrird bedroom, shower large wash hand basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | In the stone kitchen there is a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and dining area with six chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is the coolest place of this house, is has 6 arches which sustain the original stone slab roof, the one metre thick walls is what keeps the heat out, thus making this room very cool in summer while warm in winter. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is provide once a week, linen is changed one a week, bathroom towels are provide, but guest have to bring there own swimming towels. |

Outside
In the middle of this farmhouse a large courtyard is surrounded be greenery. A large stone container has water flowing into it and over flows into water canals.
On the first floor is another big patio big enough to accomodate six people.
Coast/Beach
Gozo is one of the smallest islands in the Mediterranean, so no where is far away to get to, from the north to the south it is a 10 minute drive. This makes all the resorts maximum 15 mins away from the house.

Distances
The main town of Gozo Victoria is about six mins. away from the house. While anywhere else is not more than 15 mins drive.

These rates apply for 3 persons. Rates for extra persons on request. Rental rates now inclusive of Gas, Water and Electricity, and one way transfers from airport directly to farmhouse. Check out time on day of departure - 10.00am. Check in time on arrival - 1.00pm.
