It is located seconds away from the main piazza of Qala, from the Belveder and a five minute drive from the popular bay of Hondoq ir-Rummien (overlooking the channel) and Mgarr Harbour.

Notes on prices
These rates are for weekly stays. Kindly contact me for stays longer than 1 week or for any other queries you might have.
50% deposit required if making a booking.
Balance of payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. €200 Security deposits to be paid on arrival. Spend a day on a 37' Oyster sailing to the island of Comino for €150 (T&C's apply). An Audi Cabrio can be available for just €300.

Changeover day
The preferred change over day is Saturday, however we will try and please the customer if possible.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom is accessible by a spiral staircase and is complemented with bathroom ensuite and the terrace with the sea and country views.
There are two twin/double bedrooms on the second floor both overlooking the pool area and each have ensuites.
Bathrooms: All the bedrooms have lovely showers and a bath in the main bedroom's ensuite and there is a fourth w/c on the ground floor leading to both the pool area and the sitting room.
Kitchen: The kitchen is in full solid mahogany and is equipped with cooker, fridge, extractor, toaster and microwave.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning and change of linen will be provided weekly for stays longer than a week. The pool is checked regularly. One set of towels are provided however no beach towels are available.

Accessibility
Due to the fact that all the bedrooms are not on the ground floor persons with some form of walking disabilities might find it a bit difficult.

Travel
For transfers to and from the airport could be arranged if required as well as car hire.

Distances
The farmhouse is seconds away from the main square of this quaint village,however, one can find all amenities. It is a five minute drive to Hondoq ir-Rummien which is a fantastic beach right across the channel from Comino and the Blue Lagoon. Gozo is a place where it will not take you longer than 15 minutes to drive from one end to another so all beaches and historical places are close, Qala is only 5minutes away from the ferry.

Further details
The main square of Qala has some of the most popular restaurants and bars.
