A recently built apartment, very well furnished, enjoying bright and spacious accommodation. Accommodation comprises of a large and modern sitting dining room, a modern equipped kitchen. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is located just a short walk away from St Julian's and Balluta Bay where one finds plenty of restaurants. Swimming is just 5 minute walk to the Rocky Balluta Bay or one can take daily membership at Neptunes Lido swiming pool at a small fee. The apartment is officially licensed and recognised by the Malta Tourist Authority.

Accessibility
The apartment is welcoming for those that require easy access. This open plan and spacious apartment is ideal for wheelchair users.
Outside
This property enjoys two large verandas, one front of apartment leading from sitting area enjoying views of St Julians and sea view and second large veranda overlooking large internal courtyard.
Coast/Beach
Within walking distance to rocky beach, approximately 5 minutes. St George's Bay Sandy Beach just 10 minutes walk. All other major sandy beaches are situated north of the Island and is approximately 25 minute drive.
Golf
Malta's Local 18 hole Golf Course and sports center offering swimming, squash, tennis, cricket field, football and field and track facilities is located in the vicinity of Marsa. Approximately a 15 minutes car journey. Marsa Sports Club also offers multiple food & beverage outlets. Marsa sports club is located adjacent to the Horse Racing Track open to the public.
Travel
It is just a 20 minute drive from the airport, and same to channel port. Any interest in car hire or excursions, please feel free to enquiry as we are happy to assist!
Distances
Situated 5 minute walk from St Julian's Bay and Balluta Bay. Five minutes bus drive to centre of Sliema. Bus service very frequent.
Further details
Close to little shops where one can buy daily needs like bread, milk etc. Up the road there is a pharmacy and it is a 10 minute walk to a supermarket who will also deliver. Close to ATM outlets. Walking distance to restaurants. Short bus drive into Valletta, the capital.
Booking notes
We require 30% deposit on confirmation of booking, full payment to be made on arrival. Money to be sent via bank transfer. A deposit is to be paid on arrival in case of breakages or damages which will be refunded at end of stay if no damages are found. Cost of apartment is all inclusive.
