The Bungalow is situated in the north western part of Malta in the exclusive and idyllic limits of Mellieha. Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque villages surrounded by fertile valleys and has breathtaking views of the lush countryside and the crystal clear Mediterranean blue sea. The village is 10 minutes drive to the north from the Gozo ferry terminal where one can board the shuttle ships to visit Malta's sister islands Gozo and Comino. Set on elevated grounds the bungalow enjoys panoramic country views and valley of Mellieha. Whilst enjoying the peaceful tranquillity of the area, the Bungalow lies only within 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest supermarket and the shopping centre of Mellieha village where international banking services are also available.

| Bedrooms: | Bedrooms 1 and 2 with double bed, over looking the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 with double bed. All with ceiling fans, one with air conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | Three bathroom one en-suite with shower, one main with bath and one with shower. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped oak kitchen with all the necessary tools and appliances. Microwave, oven, hob built-in in fridge and a separate built-in freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | 32' LCD Toshiba TV, satellite, DVD recorder, video recorder, 3 seated black leather settee and 2 armchairs and an Indian Oak coffee table. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. |
| Other: | All bedrooms including sitting and dinning room has remote control cieling fans. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly so is the cleaning. |

Notes on accommodation
While water, gas and electricity are included in the price, the main bedroom, sitting and dining rooms are provided with both ceiling fan and air conditioner. the air conditioners however has its own card meter and its electrical consumption is the only utility not included in the price: cards may be purchased directly from us.
Outside
The pool area can be lock for safety of young children. The pool is approximately 35 feet by 15 feet. Shower and toilet for the pool area. Sun beds and chairs and umbrella are provided. Barbecue with all necessary tools.
Coast/Beach
The bungalow is about 15 minutes away from one of the most popular and the largest sandy bleaches in Malta.
Water sking and all water sports can be reached in 15 min by car.
Golf
The distance to the nearest golf course is approximately half an hour drive by car.
Travel
With in 30 minutes by car one can catch the ferry to our sister ship Inland Gozo.
Distances
The village is with in walking distance approximately 15 minutes walk and you will find supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy Restaurants bars.
Further details
Very few countries of Malta size are so rich in history. A succession of civilization and cultures has ensure this histry and is part of what makes Malta the popular tourist destination it is to day. The town center boast splendid hotels,many restaurants and traditional shops for the most discerning shpper. Mellieha main festive season occours in the first two weeks of September,during which many cultural events are held.The town's archaeological and historical heritage provides a perfect back drop for a fantastic holiday experience.
