Just 100m from flat is the Sliema Pitch Lido where for a small entrance fee you can use swimming Pool. Deckchairs and umbrellas are included. The Sliema promenade is just 3 minutes walk where one can walk to St Julians and Sliema seafront where one finds coffe shops, restaurants and shopping centre.

Prices are based on 2 persons sharing the 2 bedroom apartment from 9/1/12 to 16th April & 1st Nov to 16th Dec. Remainder dates prices are based on 4 people.

No smoking is allowed within the property. Both properties are officially licensed and authorised by the Malta Tourist Authority to rent.

Changeover day
Check-in after 14:00 hours. Check-out 9.00am. If no arrivals on day of departure check out can be made later. Change of linen including maid service will be done on 8th day after arrival.

Sea front corner apartment situated on high floor enjoying unobstructed sea views from its spacious balcony where one can relax and enjoy the various cruise ships and sailing boats cruising by. The apartment is ideally located where one can walk along the Sliema promenade which stretches for about 3 kilometres, with a 20 minute walk along the panoramic promenade to St Julians. The apartment is served by a new lift and includes underground car parking. Accommodation comprises of a large sitting, dining area, 3 large bedrooms, main bedroom has large bed whilst other bedrooms have single beds, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). A brand new modern fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, hob and oven, fridge freezer. Cable TV featuring English programmes such as BBC, CNN, discovery channels. Internet optional on request for a small daily fee, air-conditioning available in sitting/dining room, master bedroom and 1 other bedroom. This is a non smoking apartment.

 

Notes on accommodation
200m to nearest supermarket, with free home delivery, coffee shops and other shops are also within walking distance. Full sea views from front and side balconies. Bus stop to Valletta across the road. Airport transfers can be arranged. One can swim by just crossing the road from the apartment just 50m away from the rocky beach or one can go to a nearby swiming pool where deckchairs and umbrellas are provided.

Coast/Beach
Apartment is situated just across from Rocky beach. Sandy beaches 15 mins drive by car. About 200m from apartment is the Sliema Pitch Lido where for a small entrance fee you can use swimming pool. Entrance fee includes deckchairs and umbrellas.

Golf
15 mins drive to Royal Malta Golf Club, tee times, hiring of clubs etc available with prior notice subject to availability. Since my wife and I are members of the golf club we can arrange and book tees in advance.

Travel
20 minutes drive from Airport. Malta is full of history and there is a lot to take in. Public transport is very reliable but if one wants to be independent and comfortable one can hire a self drive car. (We can recommend a car hire firm).

Distances
15 mins bus drive into Valletta, capital city. 5 minute walk to Sliema Strand where harbour and round the Island cruises depart. A 20 minute walk along the promenade to St Julians where one finds various coffee shops and restaurants.

Further details
Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. 150m to nearest supermarket, with free home delivery. HSBC bank within walking distance approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Ten minute walk along promenade to shopping centre.

Booking notes
Requests by email. A 30% deposit is required after one confirms the booking. Full payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. A 500 Euro or Stg deposit/bond against damages is to be paid on arrival and refunded at end of stay after the property is checked if no damages are found. This apartment is officially licensed and recognised by the Malta Tourist Authority.
