This apartment is located in a 3-floor building, with only 3 apartments each. It is of a good size, 150 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove fridge microwave, kettle toaster, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. Also dishes cutlery, cups, mugs are included for your use, while renting. The veranda is 2 meters wide and 6 long and overlook the ocean. From the back of the apartment windows there is hills and vegetation. In the main floor gardens shroud the building.

Notes on prices

From 1 September - 20 December - Weekly rental has 10% discount from the all year round set rate.
Changeover day
Weekend changeover is preferable but is negotiable. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Linen and towels are included, a charge of extra 50 euros for cleaning is required. The cleaning is done before you come in. |

The Reis Magos Beach is a popular one in Madeira Island. Has 2 sections one very safe for kids as it is a man built in "Baia".
On the other side/just beside the beach where you can scuba dive and explore the tropical fauna under the sea.
Golf
Available at just a few km away on the top of the mountain.

Hiking in the "Levadas" of Madeira Island will provide you an opportunity to explore the magnificent views, and experience breathtaking scenarios. The air quality is magnificent!
Travel
Car is recommended.
You are going to be 10 minutes drive from the only international airport in Madeira Island.
Also 10 minutes drive from the capital "Funchal".
Distances
You are within a walking distance from Canico de Baixo (tourism village) and also from Canico where you have supermarkets and shopping mall, restaurants and entertainment etc.
Booking notes
When you book you need to deposit 60% of the total amount for the reservation. The remainder should be deposited 14 days prior to arrival. A brief contract will be sign, and it is policy that cancellations after the 14 days prior to your arrival are not refundable.
