The ground floor accommodates 2-6 guests in comfort and privacy in its 3 rooms, all with in suite bathroom; the main room has a complete bathroom with tub, with walk-in dressing room. A luxurious lounge/diner area with extensive French windows leading out to the terrace and with a fantastic view over the Atlantic. Upstairs a 'mezzanine' with access to the kitchen top where you can view all the house surroundings and have even more stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it is very modern.

Beautifully located in the area of Assomada in the village of Caniço, this private villa is on a walking distance from both the beach of Reis Magos and the village of Caniço as well as several paths, on which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and indulge in magnificent panoramic views or watch stunning sunsets.

Near the beach of Reis Magos. Caniço’s underwater nature reserve, for you to discover with one of the diving clubs in the area, is only a 5-minute drive away. For the sub aquatic enthusiasts, the Garajau coast line offers one of Europe's first underwater nature reserves.
Booking notes
30% deposit must be paid to secure the booking. The balance must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full. Payments can be made in Euros or UK Pounds by bank transfer. On departure day the villa must be vacated by 12am.
