The building is centrally located to the adjacent shops and the hotel in the main road. Every thing what you may need is eventually there for you. From the bakery where you will find a big variety of fresh bred and cakes for your breakfast, to the bars or restaurants to please yourselves with a memorable experience, to the famous Tourigalo take away mouthwatering food that one can not resist. The ice cream shop, to the kaleidoscope of colours displayed in the grocery with exotic fruits and vegetables. All this to give you the pleasure of being tempted by the good things in life. To complete this list you will find as well a supermarket, a pharmacy, a laundry, a hairdryer, souvenirs shop, etc. In case that you wish to hire a car there is also a rent a car. The taxis rank is in front of the hotel, but, there is opposite a bus stop with a very good timetable of the public buses to reach the centre of Funchal city within 15 minutes at extremely reasonable prices. Great value on offer.

Coast/Beach
This comfortable apartment is superbly situated close to the sea. The inviting beach with its turquoise blue sea is just 1km away from the apartment. It is also where the famous main attraction, so called Ponta do garajau, promontory offers breathtaking views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Canico de baixo and Funchal city. By the sea there is the Nature Reserve which offers an extraordinary biological diversity of fauna in the deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Golf
The apartment is situated in the golf courses side of the island.
Travel
Hiring a car is not essential.
Distances
Madeira international airport at 15 kilometres. Nearest motorway is Garajau junction at 2 kilometres. Funchal city centre is only 10 kilometres away from the apartment.
Further details
Upon request we can arrange a low cost transfer service in a Mercedes sprinter mini coach, with a qualified driver that will collect you at the airport and drive you directly to the apartment. In case that you wish to hire a car, we can suggest you some local rent a car where you can verify the tariffs.
Booking notes
We would like to ask you kindly to make a deposit of 50% of the rental rate to secure your reservation and the remainder is due to be paid up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival. When your booking is made within less than 6 weeks of your arrival, the complete payment is required and it is non-refundable. The deposit can only be reimbursed when the cancellation of your reservation is made until 90 days prior to your arrival otherwise there is no place for reimbursement. We recommend travel insurance
