Fully equipped kitchen, living room with cable TV, front desk service, laundry facilities and maid every Monday. This is a very comfortable, 'home from home' apartment. It is impeccably maintained and offers all one could want from a relaxing sunshine/sea/nature holiday. The apartment has a huge double veranda with sitting area and sun loungers (plus private access to roof terrace above) with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach and to the second highest sea cliff in the World, Cabo Girao. The complex also boasts of beautiful gardens offering a children's play area. 2 mins walk to local restaurants & beach yacht bar. 10 mins walk to numerous other restaurants on the promenade. Courtesy bus to and from city.

Prices are for the property per week charged in UK Pounds.
Price includes a welcome pack on arrival of bread, butter, cheese, ham, eggs, milk, juice, water and fruit. For bookings for more than 3 weeks and repeat bookings a discount applies. Travel cot hire & bedding: £15 for duration of the stay. 5th person stays free but pays £10 for use of the foldout bed.
Changeover day
Normally changeover day is Monday (preferred). Many flights from the UK to Madeira are on Mondays.

Notes on accommodation
Children friendly area in the garden beside the swimming pool. A section of the swimming pool has also been sectioned off as a children's area and the pool has a closed door for access to the beach. Hire cars can be parked in the grounds of the hotel.

This balcony is furnished with outdoor table and chairs along with two sun loungers and umbrella. This apartment has it's own roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase from the balcony.
Coast/Beach
Situated right on the Atlantic Ocean offering direct access to the sea, 5km from the centre of Funchal. For the most part you can walk all the way into Funchal city centre via the promenade.
Golf
Madeira has 2 professional golf courses, Palheiro Golf Course and Santo da Serra Golf Course a short drive from the hotel. Due to the average temperature of about 20c you can play all year round.
Travel
Funchal town centre is about 10 mins on the bus, where you will find endless choice of restaurants, shops and museums etc. Car hire is optional as there are plenty of coach island tours to choose from, which can be booked through reception. Allow 20 minutes transit to and from the airport (taxi meet and greet and drop off can be arranged).
Booking notes
Booking can be secured by email and confirmed on receipt of full payment within 14 days of booking. Additional £100 damage deposit which will be refunded back to the guest at the end of the holiday, providing all is in order.
