This very comfortable villa is situated in the outskirts of Canico village, in a quiet area with views of the sea and countryside. Restaurants and shops are only 15 minutes walk away and the neighbouring village of Garajau is also only 10 minutes walk. Small outside area with grass and garden furniture, portable BBQ, veranda to the lounge/dining room with lovely views of the countryside down to the sea. Suitable for families with children, well trained pets allowed. There are 2 of the main international golf courses only about 20 minutes drive away, Palheiro Golf or Santa da Serra Golf.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but if departure and new arrival on the same day, clients are requested to check out by 10am and check in after 2 pm.

Coast/Beach
With 2 lovely beach coasts near by, only 5 minutes drive to Garajau where you can catch the cable car down to the beach front, where there is a lovely fresh fish restaurant, to the opposite side, also 5 minutes drive down to Canico de baixo, where you will find promenades, restaurants, hotels and the beach front.
Golf
With 2 of the main international golf courses only about 20 minutes drive, Palheiro Golf or Santa da Serra Golf.
Travel
Only 15 minutes drive from the airport and Funchal Town centre. Bus stop is 2 minutes away from the villa.
Distances
The centre of Canico is about 15 minutes walk, there you will find a great choice of restaurants, cafe shops, shopping centre and supermarkets, etc. To the left side, about 10 minutes walk you will also find the village of Garajau, which also has great choice of all the necessary amenities.

25% deposit is required in order to secure the booking, the remaining amount needs to be settled at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
