Estreito de Câmara de Lobos is the largest area of Madeira wine vineyards. It is also here that the entertaining live grape harvest takes place in September. We are also famous for our “Espetadas”. There are many good restaurants near us (less than 5 mins drive). Places that are unmissable in our area and around the island include Cabo Girao – which is a 580m high promontory. It is the highest cape in Europe and the second largest in the world for here we are rewarded with a vast, amazing and spectacular views. Faja Dos Padres – is an excellent tourist spot offering nautical sport and a cuisine not to be missed by fish lovers. To get to the Fajã one can either opt to go by boat (which has to be booked and we can arrange on you’re behalf) or for an excitable and unforgettable experience go on their panoramic elevator which will take you down 300m to the fajã. Not forgetting the Levada Walks. We would like to make your stay very comfortable and help assist you in all we can.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Cleaning property is once a week but arrangment can be made with the guest for cleaning to be made more regular basis. There are 2 sets of bath towels in each room. Linen changed once a week. |

Travel
The house is situated south of the island. 20 minute drive from the airport and 10 mins from the capital Funchal. Hiring a car is recommended so you're free to explore at you own pace. If required we can arrange hiring on your behalf. If required we can collect and drop off at the airport at no extra cost.
We are fluent in English.

We are situated in a quiet location but less than 5 minute drive will take you to the village which has everything from supermarket, banks, resturants, chemists, medical centre,
market and many, many local shops.

On confirmation a deposit of 20% is required and the balance is payable on the day of arrival.
