If changeover on the same day, clients are requested to leave the property before 10am and new arrivals can check in after 2pm.

Notes on accommodation
Both main bedrooms have ceiling fans.This apartment is suitable for families with children. We also leave a welcome pack of the basics. (Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter and dry toast).
Outside
Has a large veranda with sunbeds and garden furniture, ideal to have breakfast or a romantic dinner. With lovely mature gardens and an inviting swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The beach is only a few seconds outisde the apartment with a promenade to walk along the beach where you will find local fish restaurants
Golf
The 2 main international golf courses such as: Santo da Serra and Paheiro golf, are less then 30 minutes drive away
Travel
The Funchal airport is 20 minutes away.
Shops and restaurants only a few minutes away.
Distances
Funchal town centre is about 10 mins on the bus, where you will find endless choice of restaurants, shops and museums etc.

A 25% deposit is required in order to secure the booking, the remaining amount needs to be settled, when possible, at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
