Coast/Beach
Beach is only 20m away! The hotel apartment is located in Funchal west Lido directly on the beach of Praia Formosa and has a promenade walk, along the sea front to the supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It also leads to The Madeira Forum shopping Centre with 100 shops and 25 restaurants.
Golf
2 pro golf courses in Madeira Island about 30 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
Madeira Island offers some of the best walking and hiking on the (levadas - waterways) that connects all of the Island in the mountains. All water sports in front of hotel. We can also arrange car hire for you with the best prices on the Island.
Travel
We have a minibus service to bring you from the Madeira airport to the hotel apartment in Funchal. It cost 28 euros for 2 persons with luggage and 4 persons 34 euros with luggage. It takes about 30 min drive from the airport to the hotel apartment and I will be waiting in the reception for you!
Distances
Camara De Lobos village is only 2 km away and Funchal centre about the same 2km and Madeira airport about 25km.
Booking notes
If you see there is NO availability, that is NO problem, we have contacts to other owners here in the hotel apartment block and can always find you a similar apartment.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday and a lovely stay in your luxury hotel apartment. My family and I really felt like we were in another world with the beach and ocean just in front of our balcony and windows - Sun and sea - just brilliant ! My name is Jan Hansen and I'm from Denmark and the owner of two hotel apartments in Funchal and caretaker of a villa in Calheta and property in Ponta do Sol. I have been living and working in Madeira Island for over 21 years. I invested in this particular Island because this is one of the few places in Europe with no winter. We love Madeira and think this is the best place in the world, an Island in Europe with no winter and a Danish summer all year round!! Could not be better than that!
