Why the owner chose a home in this location
My reason for building a house in this location is so my wife can be closer to her family and friends when we go to visit the island.We love the area because its nice and peaceful up on the hill 900 meters above sea level and it also has great views.
Unique benefits of the property
The benefits I enjoy whilst staying at the property is that you can buy fresh bread, cakes and fish outside your door every day.The bus service in Madeira is excellent, from our house to Funchal is like a coach trip. There are lots of cafes/bars in the area selling nice local wine and nice friendly people.
