Casa Frangipani is an outstanding modern villa standing on a large level site in the hamlet of Estreito da Calheta on the south-west coast of the beautiful sub-tropical island of Madeira. Designed in a contemporary style by Miguel Santos of the renowned Cardus-Decomanos Architect practice in Funchal the property was completed in 2009. The house has four large double bedrooms (two of which have en-suite facilities), a main bathroom, a large lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and a computer room. A terrace beside the house overlooks a 12 metre heated swimming pool. The extensive gardens have been landscaped and planted with grassed areas and many flowers and shrubs. The house is in an exceptionally private and secluded location with magnificent panoramic south-westerly views over the Atlantic Ocean.

Changeover day is flexible and holiday lettings of less than one week may be considered - contact owner.
A cash security deposit of £250 or €250 is required and will be refunded subject to no damage being sustained. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by bank transfer in either Sterling or Euros as preferred. Other currencies will be accepted subject to negotiation.

Location Information: Estreito da Calheta is a small hamlet to the west of Calheta in Calheta Municipal Region. The area is easily accessed off the main expressway from the airport and Funchal which runs along the south of the island. Calheta marina and beaches are a short distance away.
