Bedroom 1 en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, bedrooms 2 & 3 have double beds and fitted wardrobes. There are a further two bathrooms with walk in shower and bath. Large fully fitted kitchen with French windows leading to patio with stunning sea views, BBQ area and Patio furniture. Beautiful lounge area with satellite TV, DVD and stereo player, and double patio doors leading to sun terrace with seating and beautiful sea views.

15 minutes to Santo Serra Golf Course 5 Star, situated in the mountains overlooking the sea.
Travel
There is only one airport in Madeira, Funchal airport, which is 4-km from Villa Estrilicia. We recommend that you hire a car for your vacation.

There are 2 towns close to the villa Machico is 2-km and Santa Cruz 4-km.
Further details
There is a Supermarket and chemist 15 minutes from the villa. In Machico and Santa Cruz there are indoor and outdoor markets selling fresh fish, meat, and vegetable all local produce. There are also banks, post office, and a good selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. There is also golf, fishing, scuba diving, and the only WaterPark on the island all within a 15 minute drive from the villa.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable after 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Balance to follow no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 6 weeks prior to a arrival date must be paid in full. Payments to be made by bank transfer.

'The pictures cannot capture the stunning views there are from this property. Our daughter who is studying photography at university had her tripod permanatly on the balcony capturing the fantastic cloud formations. The vista changes by the hour and is breathtaking. The property is modern and furnished to a very high standard and well equipt. Maria and Clive make you very welcome. Good area to tour this beautiful island.'

'Having spent the first week in February at this beautiful villa I can only say that it is superb. It is very spacious and the gardens are well maintained, it is furnished to a very high standard and the bedrooms are beautifuly situated with a frontal aspect looking out to sea. There are few shops and ammenities close to the villa and the locals are very friendly.'
