A modern new villa located in Arco da Calheta! This villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a lovely pool for those hot summer days! Arco da Calheta is a very attractive village which has a social centre, cafes and a number of small supermarkets which sell everything you need. The locals reckon that Arco da Calheta has the best micro-climate of all! It’s a quiet location – you are more likely to hear the neighbours’ dogs and chickens than traffic. The Calheta Beach Hotel which is down by the beach has a spa which the public can use and there is a leisure centre, banks, a big supermarket named 'Pinco Doce' and the Iates marina with their restaurants. Driving towards Funchal you will find Madelena do Mar where there are restaurants and bars and a rocky beach. Further on is Ribeira Brava, with another rocky beach. There is also a small market, a large supermarket, banks and a number of restaurants.

Note: If guess arrive or leave the house after 6pm our representative will charge an extra 30 euros for the check in/out. As well this applies for arrivals and departures anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.

| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom has a double bed privet bathroom and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has double bed and direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has also a double bed. Bedroom 4 has double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | In the first floor: en-suite to bedroom 4 with a bath and shower and a service bathroom. A second bathroom. In the ground floor there is a service shower bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen includes a hob, microwave, and oven, a fridge/freezer. There are lots of cupboards and full cutlery etc are included. |
| Utility Room: | Laundry room with washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | They are 2 double living rooms. The ground floor Living room has a very large refectory table, 8 chairs and 3 double sofas for 6 capacity. The first floor living area has a 3 sofas suite and table with 4 chairs, Satellite TV and DVD. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Each room has 2 complete sets of bedlinen and bathroom towels. The house will be serviced weekly. Rubbish should be bagged and if you feel like a walk taken to the nearby disposal point, towels are provided by owner. |

Outside
The villa has a big space in the front entrance and approached via the pool terrace. This area is a very nice place to be outdoors. On the this ground level the kitchen, main entrance door, one bedroom, laundry room and living room opens out onto a covered patio with the pool. The pool is approx 5x8m and 1.5 m deep with steps to get in or out and a staircase in aluminium. There is a large tiled area round the pool. 1 loungers and a table with 4 chairs. Beside the pool there is a small garden and if you swim from the pool you can see as a crystal infinity pool.
Coast/Beach
Beach is only 7 minutes away by car.
Golf
Madeira has several golf courses only 30 minutes away by car.
Special interest holidays
On the island there are several museums, restaurants, and historic monuments!
Travel
Funchal is the only airport on the island and it is approx 45 mins from the house. We recommend hiring a car at the airport, but keep it small. Once off the main roads Madeira roads are narrow.

Funchal City is more or less 37km from Arco da Calheta.
