The house is built in a quiet place and is located in Calheta on the Madeira. This island is very beautiful and it offers you calm sea waters, beautiful mountains and interesting activities. Calheta is situated in the western part of the island and has sunny weather, interesting views and pleasant walks in the nature as LEVADAS in Rabaçal.

Airport: 45km; Funchal: 35km; car hire is recommended.
Means of access - from the airport, take the motorway until Calheta and exit in Calheta following the direction of Centro de Artes Casa das Mudas, the house is situated near this cultural centre in a street in front of the centre.

Further details
It has a large supermarket near the beach that's about 1km from the house, a little pub next to the house (50m), the Centro de Artes Casa das Mudas (100m), and other shops about 1km from the house. But, pay attention, this is a quiet place, it's not a city we will find anything you want but don't expect anything too luxurious. If you have children, this house is situated in a beach area with a nice sandy beach that you're children will play safe, the water is warm and its safe for the children.
