London Breaks

London is a fascinating city with something to offer for everybody.  From great food to shopping, from a fantastic nightlife to cultural attractions and from museums to bohemian streets.  Many people enjoy taking London breaks but are starting to find that regular visits are becoming quite expensive, particularly with the travel to London (especially if you also need parking!) and the hotels and dining out that is then necessary.

This is why it is such a great idea to try and find a holiday home to rent for all your London breaks.  Some will be inclusive of parking and you won’t pay anything more than normal for your food bill, as you will be able to just cook in your home if you require.

Full Week London Breaks

Spending a week in London is a fantastic opportunity to experience everything that the city has to offer.  There is a variety of holiday homes and apartments that you could choose from for London breaks ranging from those that sleep just two, for the more romantic London breaks, to more than 20 for the large groups.  This can be particularly relevant for those organising a hen or stag week for example.

One example of a little piece of countryside in London is the attractive detached property in Windsor.  It may not seem like the cheapest option, as it costs around £1.000 per week and sleeps seven.  However, this means that the property is on rental for a week at around £150 per person, which is not that bad for a full week.

Short Term London Breaks

It is also possible to book apartments in London per night, which is often much cheaper than a hotel, again as well because of the fact that you would be able to cook your own food instead of going out for a meal.

There are many different apartments to rent in London, for singles, couples or larger groups of family and friends. For the price, you get space and privacy of the whole apartment and so the price can be split between the group, making it a cheaper option than hotels.

London breaks are a great way to spend some time, be it for a full week or a short break such as a weekend or mid-week.  Whether it is because you are hoping to find some bargains at Harvey Nic’s or Harrods’, or whether you are hoping to do some bohemian shopping in Soho, or whether you are simply looking to visit all the main tourist sites like Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben, the Tower of London, the London Eye and Madame Tussauds, you are sure to be able to have plenty of fun.  And by hiring a holiday or home or apartment, you could also seriously reduce the costs of your actual stay in London, leaving you with more to spend on souvenirs!
