Village of Frayssinet-Le-Gélat is 1 mins walk with a great “local” bar, small restaurant, store and boulangerie.

Two gites: 'Helen' sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms) and 'Alice' sleeps 4/5 (2 bedrooms) in a large converted grange with pool. Each gite has a private terrace with BBQ etc. Our gites are comfortable and spacious. A great place to explore from - or just lounge by the 10x5m pool soaking up the atmosphere.

Situated on the edge of the village of Payrac, only a leisurely 10 minute walk to bakers, general store, pharmacy, restaurants and bar. The village of Payrac is on the Lot/Dordogne border and is 10 miles from Souillac on the Dordogne River and 30 miles from Cahors on the Lot River. Golf is available at Souillac (16km).

Large 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool which is heated in early summer and autumn. Only a 5 minute stroll from the village of Manses where "fetes" and village meals are held at various times through the year. Manses also offers an art studio where various courses from a half day to a week are offered (in English).
