Sleeps 2-4. Fell View is a new and luxurious studio apartment in Whitbarrow Village. With spectacular fell views it is perfect as a peaceful base to return to after seeing the sights of the Lake District. With on-site restaurant, bar and leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym there really is something for all the family. The apartment is within easy travelling distance of Ullswater, Keswick and Windermere making it an ideal destination to explore the Lake District.

Sleeps 8-9 adults + 2-3 children. This four-bedroom former tavern has recently been renovated to provide a luxurious property with all the comforts of home - plus those special touches found in a boutique hotel. We offer private hot-tub on the terrace, with outdoor sofas and giant chessboard. Also a unique grillikota - a Finnish barbecue house - a lovely space to spend time with friends or family. There are TV/DVDs in living spaces and all bedrooms. The house sleeps 8-9 adults and 2-3 children.

Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom cottage. Set in the grounds of the Glenburn Hotel just a few minutes walk from Windermere and the Lake in Bowness. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, two of which are Double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.

Sleeps 3. This wonderful 2 bedroom second floor apartment is set in the village of Cark in Cartmel. Designated parking space for one car. Additional roadside parking. Shared lawned gardens.

Sleeps 2. 1 bedroom apartment. It stands within a Georgian building and was converted into a high-quality self-catering holiday home in December 2012. Rates include all electricity and heating, there is nothing else to pay.

Sleeps 4. Two-bedroom cottage on a small family-run farm in the central Lake District. Secluded location 150 metres from public roads, between the picturesque villages of Hawkshead and Coniston. Guests can walk or cycle from the door on footpaths and quiet lanes, or forest tracks in nearby Grizedale Forest. The cottage is beside a small stream, surrounded by gardens, fields, and woodland, with mountain views. It is the only rented property on the farm. Children over 11 welcome. Sorry no pets.

Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom cottage. Character Cottage, private secure (dogs average size) south facing garden, garage for bikes /car etc. Off road parking (2 cars) inside the gate on drive. Lawn and sitting areas for secluded relaxation. Garden Log store in addition to timber stores in rear of garage.

In a beautiful, tranquil riverside setting with glorious views to the fells. The adjacent ground floor apartment is self-contained but can be combined with Rothay Lodge to sleep 14. Both properties are accessible for the disabled.

Two x 2 bedroom cabins (sleeps 4 each). Two log cabins situated on the banks of the Toutbeck river near Windermere in the heart of the Lake District. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4. The Lodges can be rented separately or both together. Lots of walks are possible from the door of the lodge. Nearby facilities include 3 pubs, a shop, horse riding, adventure playground and a river pool. Pets are welcome and stay free of charge.

Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom cabin is located at Neaum Crag an estate of wooden alpine style chalet lodges and holiday apartments set in 18.5 acres of mature Lakeland woods near Skelwith Bridge in Langdale Valley Cumbria. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of a kitchen/diner, including oven, microwave, fridge. Through to the lounge with TV, DVD, and electric fire. Off the lounge area there are 3 bedrooms 1 double, one twin and 1 with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower (no bath).

Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom house located on a peaceful street near the centre of Keswick, within easy reach of shops, restaurants and many beautiful walks.

Sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms. Large detached house, converted from a 19th century barn, set in own grounds in secluded location midway between Keswick and Buttermere. South facing with spectacular mountain views from all rooms. Would suit large extended family, 2 families or group of friends. Walking from the door straight onto the fells.

Sleeps 7. 4 bedroom cottage located on the edge of Eskdale Green in the beautiful and secluded Western Lake District. Four bedrooms, two reception rooms, dining room, utility room, etc. Rockwood is set in extensive gardens with uninterrupted views over fields and fells. Eskdale Green has a well-stocked local shop and there are two pubs within easy walking distance. Numerous walks start from Rockwood's front door.
