Villa Punda Milia is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing sunshine beach holiday. It is especially good value for families or groups of friends out for a good time in the laid back and relaxing coastal idyll. The villa is spacious, well ventilated in a secured environment.Located 5 minutes walk from Diani Beach. It is built in African style with a Makuti roof (palm tree leaves) that ensure a constant cool temperature. Downstairs are two separate en-suite bedrooms with white linen bedsheets, a very modern bathroom with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is on a spacious terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool. Upstairs is a very big open space with sofas and another double bed. An outside balcony is also found upstairs, ideal to relax and watch the sunset.The villa is surrounded by a garden (1000 sqm) with trees and flowers where harmless monkeys often pay a visit.

Notes on prices
Our In -house staff will help in daily chores, laundry at no extra cost. His working hours are Monday-Friday between 8.00am to 4.30pm. Saturday from 8.00 to noon.Staff on extra schedule will be charged. A Recommended Chef is available on request at 12 Eur per day, and will prepare 2-3 meals per day as per your preference (international cuisine with an African touch) The rates are based on 5 pax. The extra guest is 10 Eur per night. Other visiting guests or additional guests after the booking time will equally be 10 Eur per guest per night;
40% deposit on booking. Complete payment 7 days minimum before date of arrival. Payments done outside Europe should pay the bank transfer fee as well as the conversion of currency fee with their bank, This is to avoid payment deficit.
