Kingfisher Villa offers exclusivity and comfort. It is made up of four individual double cottages, dining room and bar around a beautiful swimming pool. Kingfisher is approximately 3 kms from the famous historic Swahili town of Malindi. Here you can enjoy many exciting and interesting excursions from big game fishing to big game safaris. Along the coast you will find plenty of unspoilt beaches and resorts where all the main water sports are available. Whether you want to be adventurous and energetic or just relax, Kingfisher and Malindi is the place for you, catering for all ages groups and makes for a perfect family holiday.

Each room has its own private veranda and ensuite bathroom.
Three cottages have two single beds, one has a double bed.
Extra beds can be added for young children.
Rooms are air conditioned and have overhead ceiling fan.
All rooms are mosquito proof. |

Each room has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Bathrooms are tiled and spacious. |
| Kitchen: |
Large spacious kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery. |

Staff take care of laundry and clean rooms daily. |
| Living Rooms: |
The bar has an attractive open plan sitting area. The dining room is spacious and equipped with plenty of chairs and tables. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is fully staffed with a manager who oversees the day to day running, a cook, garden/pool attendant and a room steward who takes care of laundry. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideal for families, the rooms are spacious enough to add extra beds.
The villa also provides a night watchman plus security cover from sentry alarms including a remote security button.
Taxis and tuk-tuks are easily available for transfers to town centre, airport or the beach.

Outside
Each cottage overlooks the swimming pool. The villa is set in 6 acres, the gardens are well maintained and attractive. There are several sun loungers around the swimming pool and permanent thatched umbrella shades.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 3 kms away. The Kenya coast offers some spectacular beaches where all the main water sports are available. Fantastic snorkeling and diving can be found in the well known coral gardens. Malindi is well known for its deep-sea fishing, fully equipped charter boats offer anglers the opportunity to fish for marlin, sailfish, broadbill and other exciting species.
Golf
The 9 hole Malindi Golf and Country Club is approximately 10 minutes drive from the Villa.
Travel
Many airlines operate daily schedule flights from Europe to Nairobi. There are also charter flights from Europe direct to Mombasa. From Nairobi there are a number of airlines offering daily flights to Malindi and several flights to Mombasa. Kingfisher is 15 mins drive from Malindi Airport and a two and a half hour drive from Mombasa Airport.

Tsavo East National Park is only a two hour drive from Malindi. Here you can experience a true African safari viewing the incredible animal and birdlife.

Booking notes
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. In the event of cancellation less than 8 weeks beforehand the whole amount will be due. We do not provide any form of travel insurance and recommend that you take out your own travel insurance. We can assist you with any bookings - local transfers, safaris, excursions, transport etc.
