Changeover day
Saturday, but please ask if an alternative day is required as this will be accommodated in quieter season. Arrival time after 4pm and guests are asked to vacate the property by 11am on day of departure.
Accommodation description
La Cantina
One bedroom with double bed. Ensuite shower room. Oudoor Kitchenette, with fridge (110lt.), burner stove and sink. Private terraces with table and chairs for alfresco dining.BBQ provided.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
Villa Colle
A poolside villa, newly built to a high standard with all the comforts for modern living and charm of the traditional Tuscan style. Two adjoining double bedrooms and bathroom with shower complete the first floor layout. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen/living area. The family kitchen is wellequipped and there are two comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area. Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs, a bbq and great access to the pool. Large garden at disposal, ideal for relaxing moments under the Sun. This accommodation is higly recomended for families or couples of friends.

Accessibility
Regrettably due to stepped areas the accommodation is unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The private salt pool (11 x 5m) is chlorine free and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and longer if the weather is favourable. Each piece of accommodation has its own private alfresco dining area and terrace with BBQ and a piece of exclusive garden. There are private parking spaces for guests.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches of Cecina, Bibbona and Castiglioncello are a 35 minute drive. For those prepared to travel a little longer there are some beautiful coastal towns well worth exploring such as Cinque Terre and Portovenere.
Golf
The nearest golf course is at Castelfalfi which is 35kms from the property.
Skiing
The nearest ski resort is at Abetone which is 150kms from the property.

Further Details
Volterra has many charming shops, excellent restaurants serving local Tuscan specialities and cafes. It is renowned for its Alabaster sculpting and you will find plenty of workshops and shops exhibiting throughout the town. Banks and supermarkets can be found in the town. There is a local market every Saturday morning selling many wares including delicious local produce.
Set in the heart of the Chianti region the area is popular with wine lovers as well as cyclists, walkers, motorcyclists and artists.
