Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible during April, May, June and September onwards. In July and August it is only Saturday, minimum 1 week stay. Departure should be by 10am and arrival after 4pm.

About the Owner

Hello I am Valentina, born and raised in Umbria and the owner of “Casale I Perugini”. This house, which was once a simple farm, I was handed down from my great-grandfather, who, in the 50’s, bought it as his country residence. In the early 80's my parents decided to turn the farmhouse into one of the first rustic accommodations, following a new trail that was slowly establishing in those years, that of rural tourism. My husband Luca and I live in one of the apartments of the Casale, so I will be present every day and I will look after all your needs. If you’ll be guests of Casale I Perugini you’ll find out that my purpose is to ensure that you enjoy the taste of a real Italian holiday characterized by relaxation, conviviality and good food.

What are the unique benefits of the property?

During July and August, at Casale Perugini there are many activities for children and adults. These activities will make you stay in close contact with the Italy to immerse yourself in true Italian culture. Every week a dinner in a “Sagra”. These “Sagra” are feasts in small villages with typical food from the region and live music. Cost: depending on what you will eat (usually about 8 to 15 Euros). Length: variable, beginning from 7.15 p.m. You will be accompanied by Luca and Valentina. Swimming pool night: one evening a week the pool will be open for a cheerful moonlight swim or just have a drink by the pool. Espresso and American coffee available to guests each morning in the garden. Guided tour and tasting at the winery “Carini”. And many others!
