A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private pool that is set within 1/3rd of an acre overlooking the village of Castel Frentano. 15 minutes from the unspoilt Adriatic Sea and 45 minutes from Roman ski resorts. This house has recently been totally renovated to the highest standard with all modern facilities. The house sits overlooking the hill village of Castel Frentano with its bars, shops and cafes, where it is possible to relax and get a taste of real Italian life.
