Situated on the north-western coast of Italy, in Liguria, the the province of Imperia stretches for about 50 kms, like a narrow ribbon between the Alps and the sea. Imperia is sunshine, olive and citrus trees, Mediterranean scrub, beautiful sand and rocky beaches, crystal water. The climate which is mild for most of the year is typical of this area being sheltered by the Alps from the northern winds.
In the heart of the Riviera dei fiori, the holiday Villa "I 99 Olivi" is located in the Montolivo's property, in Imperia Oneglia, on a hill, "Le Cascine", overlooking the town. The ancient village called "Borgo delle Cascine" was once a rural area and is now one of the most exclusive residential areas in Imperia. Within easy walking distance you can visit the gorgeous Park of Villa Grock, named after the famous Swiss clown. From "i 99 Olivi", amid orange and centuries-old olive trees, you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the "Alpi Marittime", the most western part of the Alps.

"Litta" is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is located on the ground floor of the cottage and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed, a cot can be provided on request. The guests can also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden.
The apartment is equipped with washing and dishwashing machines, microwave oven, toaster, american and italian coffee machine, satellite TV and radio, hair dryer, refrigerator with freezer, iron. Service includes indipendent heating sistem, hot water, gas, electricity, weekly change of towels and bed linen. A secure parking place is available for the use of guests.

"Battina" with its characteristic vaulted ceiling is in the oldest part of the cottage. It is suitable for three adults or a couple with a baby and a child. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed plus a sofabed with two single beds. A cot will be provided on request. The apartment is equipped with washing and dishwashing machines, microwave oven, toaster, american and italian coffee machine, satellite TV and radio, hair dryer, refrigerator with freezer, iron. Service includes indipendent heating sistem, hot water, gas, electricity, weekly change of towels and bed linen. The guests may also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden.

"Elvira" Apartment (2 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)

"Elvira" is located on the first floor. It is the largest flat in the cottage and consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The spacious living room has large windows with impressive views of Oneglia, Porto Maurizio and the sea.
The apartment is equipped with washing and dishwashing machines, microwave oven, toaster, american and italian coffee machine, satellite TV and radio, hair dryer, refrigerator with freezer, iron. Outside
A narrow path behind the Villa leads to a grove of century-old olive trees with a wide lawn: a panoramic garden for sun bathing and relax. The area is equipped with a barbecue and garden furnitures.
Coast/Beach
1.25 miles from rocky beaches and 2.5 miles from the sandy beaches.
Golf
9.5 miles from the "i 99 olivi" Villa, there is the Castellaro Golf Resort, well integrated in the green landscape of this valley from the western Liguria, between the village of Castellaro and Pompeiana. The splendid climate give the possibility of playing all year long, giving real pleasure to your game.
12.5 miles towards Savona there is the Garlenda Golf Club,
located in the valley of Lerrone river, one of the most picturesque valleys in the inland of Liguria, and it is surrounded by ancient olive yards and pinewoods. The 18 holes golf course, which was opened in 1965, has been designed by architects Morrison and Herris, who wonderfully blended it in the local landscape without altering the environmental characteristics. The course covers 6085 mt., it is Par 72 and, from the Championship's Tee, it gives the most skillfull players a hard test and offers a pleasant challenge from the players from the normal tees.

Travel
The nearest airports are in Nice (France) and in Genoa (Italy), both about 56 miles far from Imperia. The use of car is essential to reach the Property "i 99 olivi".
Distances
1.2 miles from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, only 15 miles from Sanremo (well-known for the famous Casino and Italian music Festival) and 35 miles from Monte Carlo.

Excellent accommodation, extremely comfortable and very, very clean. All equipment required has been provided with thought and everything is very well maintained. The setting is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and very close to beaches. Ideal location for a relaxing holiday with the bonus of the fantastic garden, barbeque area and the beautiful views.
