Our apartments are in a wonderful and exclusive small residence offering peace and tranquility and the ideal way to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa is an ancient 18th century villa that has recently been skillfully restored to preserve its original characteristics. The apartments look over the centuries old courtyard and gardens with swimming pool. the villa is in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of San Felice del Benaco. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located only 50 meters from the villa and a pleasant ten-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake. There is a fully equipped swimming pool surrounded by the villa gardens. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area! The residence is located in the centre of San Felice del Benaco and is within easy reach of the surrounding countryside and even Milan, Venice and Florence.

Notes on prices
All bed linen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity, gas and air-conditioning are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.
Changeover day
We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but if you need flexibility on this, please contact us.

Notes on accommodation
Each apartment is uniquely finished with stunning hand-crafted furniture and each has wooden beams throughout. Every apartment has Air Conditioning and Central Heating as well as a personal safe. Baby cot and Highchairs are available.
Outside
There is a fully equipped swimming pool surrounded by the villa gardens. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area! Every apartment has a private garage within the villa and we have a small internet point for our guests’ use. For our guests we have a selection of bicycles (with children's seats if required).
Coast/Beach
The lake is a 10-15 minute walk away from the apartments.
Golf
There are numerous top-class golf courses all within 30 minutes of our residence.
Travel
A car is not essential at this property.

A 30 second stroll from the apartments brings you into the centre of the wonderful village of San Felice with it's shops, restaurants, bars, bakers and weekly market.
Go a little further afield and Lake Garda offers you a wide range of activities; Speed boat hire, Scooter hire, Aqua parks, Theme park, Botanical gardens, Beach, Golf, Scuba dive, Windsurf and much, much more...
This pretty, romantic town is located in the hills of the Valtenesi close to the Lake. San Felice is covered in small lanes, green areas and gardens. At the bottom of the impressive, overgrown ruins of the 14th century castle there are idyllic spots for picnics. Between the ports of Porto San Felice and Porto Portese, the promontory San Fermo reaches out into the Lake.
Opposite Cape San Fermo is the biggest island on Lake Garda, "Isola del Garda". The beautiful natural park on the island offers a wide range of plants from all over the world: conifers, cedars, lemon orchards, laurels, plane trees and pines all frame the fabulous villa, with its wonderful Italian gardens and statues. The island has its own small port with a tower, built almost two centuries ago. Visitors are welcome.
Booking notes
30% deposit required on booking, which can be paid by credit card or debit card. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. 150 euro breakage deposit is required on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure.
