Casale San Frediano, renovated in 2003, lies at the border of three areas: Florence, Siena and Pisa. The House lies in a typical Tuscany country, between cultivated fields, olive trees and Mediterranean spot. It is ideal starting point for charming excursions in the most beautiful place of the artistic Tuscany, from Florence, Siena that are about 50 km far away, to the nearest Volterra and San Gimignano (20Km.), the Valdelsa area and the countless small towns all to discover. Our guests can enjoy our swimming pool, garden, barbeque, satellite TV, parking and also naturalistic path for trekking, bird watching, dip in wood where is possible to meet the classic local fauna in freedom (pheasants, hares, hawks, wild boars, cavore and squirrel). A’white’ road winds past cultivated and thickly wooded fields leading to the house. Four of the apartments are in the main building, two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. One apartment is in the old barn.

Notes on prices
Prices are per property per week in euros; gas, electricity, water, linen, pool maintenance and cleaning included. Changeover day Saturday. Check out by 10am, Check-in, 4pm and 7pm. Heating from 1 November - 30 April, 100 euros per apartment per week. For rentals of 2 weeks there is a discount of 5%, for more than 2 weeks 10%. Spring 2009
Reservation for May and June 2009 10% discount, for booking until 24/06/2009.
Changeover day
Usually the weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday, is possible agree other days for the arrival. Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 18:00; the apartment must be left at least at 10:00.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are furnished with typical Tuscan furniture, in style with the property. They have equipped kitchens, sofa in the sitting areas and satellite TV, central heating, toaster, clothes dryer, shared washing machine, iron.
The apartment at groundfloor has a private lodge or pergola with table, chairs and BBQ; the two apartment at first floor has an area for eat outside, with table, chairs, BBQ.
Cots and high chairs available on request.
Outside
Shared parking, private pool (about 5x12m, 1.20 deep) open from 01/05 to 30/09, or more if the weather permits. Around the pool you can find: deckchairs, sun beds, sunshade parasol, outside shower.
Coast/Beach
Driving for about 60km (41mi) arrive to Etruscan coast.
Golf
Golf Courses in Castelfalfi (near Montaione) about km 15 from us, one of the most beautiful golf course (18 holes).
Travel
Nearest airports: Florence (50 km); Pisa (60km).
A car is essential to reach us.

Horse Riding, in Montaione or Villa Magna about 10 km from us.
Trekking in Montaione. By bike or on foot You can visit 6 tracks in the nature by map and descrictions.
Scooter, Vespa or bike rental in San Gimignano.
Wine Tastin (about 25 km9 at Castello di Oliveto, they organize cooking class too.
The restaurant is at Il Castagno, which you can get in only 5 min by car, others are 5/10 Km far.
In the town of Gambassi Terme there is a thermal plant, where to relax.

The booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and the total settlement will be paid 7 days before the arrival in Casale San Frediano.
