The penthouse apartment is on 2 floors. On top is the large oak-floored sitting room area facing onto the sea furnished with contemporary leather sofas and chairs and there is an area designed for the sizeable TV and DVD player. The floor below sleeps 6 in rooms which all have seaviews. 1 is the master bedroom with an extra-long double bed, and the other 2 rooms have single beds. All the beds are new, as is the linen and bedding. The kitchen is new and modern with granite worktops. There is a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a Jacuzzi bath. In the lower bathroom there is a washing machine. Central heating. Broadband.

A two bedroom apartment with terrace and planted garden area with view of the sea. The living room is newly decorated and contemporary with leather seating, original paintings and a new TV and DVD player. The kitchen is modern with granite surfaces and a dishwasher. The dining table and seating are oak The white-walled ground floor bedroom sleeps two and has a window opening on to the terrace and sea view. Bathroom with shower is new. A special feature is a studio room on the lower terrace. It has white walls and one original 17th century exposed wall and large windows. Bathroom with shower is en-suite. There are twin beds and a custom-made unit housing a kettle for making tea and coffee. There is also a cool box for storing cold drinks. The studio has its own small balcony, with table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast, which overlooks the rooftops of Cupra Alta and the sea. Washing machine. Central heating. The apartment is equipped with new bed linen and bedding.

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are both suitable for children. However, because the lower terrace second bedroom is apart from the main apartment, older children would love it, younger children might not.
Outside
The lower apartment with a terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes walk to the beach. Bicycle paths along the coast.
Travel
Midway between Ancona airport and Pescara airport. Both airports are approximately 1 hour's drive away. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Tranport from the airport can be arranged. There are a few local taxis.
Distances
The village of Cupra Maritimma is 10 mins walk away. The larger village of Grottammare is a 10 min drive and San Bernadetto is 20 mins drive away. Ascoli Picena is approximately one hour's drive way, Urbino is 1.5 hours away. There is a bus to Rome which takes 3 hours.

Shopping, banks, supermarkets are all within 5 minutes drive.

A deposit of 10% will secure a booking and there is a returnable deposit payable of 300 euros against damages. The remainder of the payment is due 3 weeks before the booking. You will be met by our representative who will explain how everything works.
